This morning, I was using the app and it’s not allowing me to transfer money. When you hit the space to transfer money, it automatically goes to zero and then goes to the next page done. Then when I call customer service and explain the problem, they said they would have it go to their helpdesk immediately. I asked one would someone be calling me back from the helpdesk? They said no one calls you back. You have to call us back. Poor customer service number one. I then said I wanted her to have a supervisor call me, so I could talk to them about this problem. No one calls you back when there’s a problem and I’m supposed to call you back. She said she could put it in notes but service rep or supervisor would not be calling me back.

I would like to recognize Melissa the Branch Manager at the Savage location for her outstanding follow up and concern regarding a poor review that I had left due to an incident that happened at her Savage location. She called me within a few hours after I had posted a 1 star review to discuss and investigate where they fell short. Melissa was the epitome of professionalism and offered above and beyond customer service. She even resolved the issue I had immediately. Not only was she apologetic, but because of the true leader and manager she is, she wanted to understand from start to finish what had transpired in order to provide coaching and additional training to her team members. She listened to me and offered an apology on behalf of Wings. She made me feel like a valued member and she had even researched my file prior to calling me because she mentioned that I had been a loyal member for 14+ years. Melissa is truly an outstanding and one of a kind manager! She went above and beyond when she did not have to. Thank you, I really appreciate your follow up and Wings Financial is extremely lucky to have you as an employee and manager!

Thank you again Lori for helping us you've been helping us ever since she walked in and said no no no whoever's out in the car go get him...So we'll keep working with you I already know that the know-it-all texted you a bunch of stuff or emailed you or messaged you or however you did it left voicemails about what he knows Banks can do financial credit Unions due etc and so forth but because you didn't respond and orderly fashion or you acted like you didn't know what he was talking about he is now gone and you can deal with me the one she got out of the car that was half asleep during her day because we've already followed through with all this and then somebody ruins it so we have to follow through with it again but thank you for all your help.

I would typically never leave a Yelp review, much less on a bank. However the going from Wells Fargo to Wings credit Union was the best decision I've made. So helpful, seemless, personal feel, and high interest accounts on top of it.
