WM is very unreliable and has been so for a few years. My bins are not picked up on the scheduled day more often than not. I have had times when WM didn’t show up for multiple consecutive days during fair weather seasons.

Completely unreliable. I get a message almost daily that they had to reschedule one of my services (organics). It's a pain to have to call every week, sometimes multiple times, wait 10-15 to speak with someone, only to not get any real answer or results.

The most expensive and worst service you can get. It was a miracle if they managed to pick up on the scheduled day. My trash and recycling bins sat down at the end of my driveway more than in my garage. I went over 6 weeks without having my recycling picked up which was the last straw.
Waste Management refused to refund the service I paid for that I did not get. Unethical and dishonest business.
The customer service is also very poor. You will wait on hold 30-45 minutes every single time. When I finally cancelled, the customer service agent yelled at me, was rude and tried to avoid canceling my service by saying they can't and I'll have to call back tomorrow.
Saved $80 a quarter by going to Buckingham. My neighbors have it and they pick up on time. every time.

Waste Management provides the best service at the best price and always communicates changes and updates via email. I’ve tried the rest and use the best - hands down.

Called for pricing and services. Representative was very rude . He said he cannot understand what im saying and sound discriminated.

This year (2024) has has been very good. The service has been consistant and professional. I am very please with our collectors. We haven't had any issues. I plan on continuing my service with WM. I love their APP!

Never will I use junk movers again, best service, easy scheduling and pick up, was tall enough with a heavy door so had no strangers dumping their trash! Will always do a dumpster rental from WIM!

WM is now much more expensive than their competition, and it is basically impossible to get a human being on the phone. Their automated phone robot sucks!!!!

Really like Waste Management. Only issue is getting the yard waste picked up. Has been missed a few times last year, and this year has been missed once already.
