Hannah was amazing when it came to handling the insurance side of things—this was my first accident, and she made the whole process so much less stressful. They truly took care of everything for me. “I made a bad mistake and didn't put my husbands truck in park, it rolled into a parked trailer and munched the entire from of the truck. Chisago Collision gave me an estimate that same day and had our truck in for repairs the next week (delay was due to us going on vacation). We also just happened to run over a large nail a few days later, so Chisago Collision sent it next door to TGK Auto to get the tire fixed as well. Honestly I have never met more caring concerned people before. The ladies in the office knew how upset I was at crashing my husbands truck and were so consoling and understanding. What a great experience and appreciation for those who still have great customer service and oh man!! the truck looks great. Now the hubby wont look at it and give me that look.. Thank you guys for being awesome and making this issue an easy process and great experience. So grateful!!!!”

They understand what a service company is and the repercussion that comes when a vehicle is down, hence their very timely turn time. Dan also stands behind his and his employees work; this was proven during Summer of 2024. I have and will continue to recommend NSC.”

“Don at Chisago Garage is awesome to work with, his prices are fair, he's reliable and most important to me his communication is great! If I call and he misses my call I get one right back within a half hour give or take. If there's a job he can't do or won't do he tells me straight up he can't or won't. Also I can call and ask for a quote over the phone and everytime he's had no problem with that because he knows I'm a car guy too and if I'm bringing something to him I most likely already know what's wrong with it. Thanks Don for being such a great, honest and trustworthy mechanic!”

“Great place to take your vehicle to be inspected and worked on. It is definitely the most honest place I have taken my vehicle to than previous places. As a woman who is not the most knowledgeable when it comes to vehicle problems and repairs, I am always worried about being taken advantage of and spending more than I should be but Ryan is fantastic. He is very straight forward, explains things thoroughly, as well as works hard to find you the best price for repairs. I highly recommend this place and feel very well taken care of as a customer. “He is a one man operation. So don't expect miracles on him getting back to you. He works hard and your best bet is to call him narrow down a week and bring it in and have a back up car. He does great work and is reasonable prices. He knows his stuff. If your not impatient and you want a good deal this is they guy.”

“I brought my 1972 Plymouth Valiant here to get two new front tires installed, and have some electrical things looked at.When I went to pick the car up, I was only charged for the labor on installing the two new tires. When I went in and saw the invoice, I inquired about the electrical problems that I had asked them to look at. I was advised to talk to the tech on duty and he had mentioned he had looked into the wiring and informed me of what the issues were.I can honestly say I had a great first-time experience with having one of my vehicles serviced at this place.On my printed invoice receipt, it says it was written by Leif. T.I assume that was the very kind and understanding gentleman that worked on my car. I want to acknowledge his great people skills, and kindness. An absolute stand up guy!In addition to frequently visiting this locally owned business for both fuel, and drinks, I will most certainly be back for future service on my vehicles.Thank you.”

“I had an oil change at TGK- Chisago City today. It was my first visit and it was the best experience I have ever had at a car service/repair shop in the past 58 years. From the courteous service at the front desk to the actual work done everything was excellent. I also really liked the customer report sent to me right after the work. It even had 8-10 photos of air filter, brake pads, and other things on my car. Very impressive and helpful!”
