My family experience with Lake Country Door was Excellent. Their customer service over the phone, their in person estimate of our needs, their willingness to help fix our door even before we settled on a purchase...Their customer service was second to none. Their price was comparable/equal to the big box stores. I am sorry for having waited so long to provide the review but I was waiting for something to go wrong...it never has. Thanks Lake Country Door.

Highly recommend this place. I called and left a message on Sunday when my door came off the track. Got a call back that night and they arrive here on schedule Monday morning. Door had been having problems for awhile and I thought I would need a new door but within 45 minutes had my door fixed and running smoother than ever. John did the work and he was great.
