“JUST WOW - Went to Maklin to buy a tire for my kids MTB. Super helpful in the selection of the tire for the riding we were doing and the tools needed to make the transfer (I like to fix stuff so buying tools to learn to do it myself are my thing). Got home and it appears the MFG had the wrong size tire in the packaging. There was zero excuses made from Maklin for an issue they DID NOT create. They just worked on fixing the issue and went above and beyond. I drove 30 min to pick up these parts and these guys have my future business even though there are bike shops closer. You just do not get service like this anymore, take the drive you won't be disappointed!!”
