you could put some flowers in the outside flower box. by the window . that would make the building look nice . why not do that since the flower box is there anyhow .”

“I don’t think the wonderful lady who helped today can will know how much she saved me today. I suffer from a chronic illness (it’s nothing that you can tell just by looking at me) and that illness can and does come on fast and strong. While I was waiting to be helped in line there was a woman who was already busy packing things away from the counter and I don’t know if she just came to help because there was a tiny line (literally just me and the lady in front of me who was already being helped) or if she could tell I wasn’t feeling well. Either way she came and asked if she could help me at the counter and I handed her my large ziplock bag and a shipping label that I squeezed in my hand when the pain kicked in. I told her I needed a poly mailer and I was sorry for the label, that I had a stomach ache and squeezed it and I wasn’t feeling well. This saint of a woman proceeded to take my stuff and tell me she had it from there. At this point I’m physically pinching my side which is something I do when the pain becomes intolerable and asked her about paying for the mailer and she just smiled and said she had a used one and I could go. 4 minutes after walking out I got violently ill in my car and was really glad I wasn’t going through this in front of a store of people. I hope this doesn’t get her in any trouble because of the used mailer but I really am beyond thankful for this women. I will forever use this store from this day forward. As a person with a chronic painful illness I am fully aware that the world can’t stop and bend around your needs just because you’re sick but when someone does something like she did today it makes dealing with this a little more tolerable and for that I am extremely grateful. Thank you so much. Your good deed did not go unnoticed and was very very much appreciated.”

“Literal angels working here!! I made a mistake and dropped off a package to return but was supposed to ship through UPS. It was weeks later when I realized I made this mistake and in a panic called the Lindstrom USPS to explain what I had done. I totally expected it to be a loss (and completely my fault) but was blown away when the kindest woman on the phone told me she had taken it to UPS to get it delivered correctly. Thank you to the employees at Lindstrom USPS who go above and beyond!”
