Even though I haven't been able to make it to the Omaha store I absolutely love their customer service they provide. Their employees have empathy for people from all walks of life. After a breakdown on a metro freeway a few weeks back, we were told by four other RV repair shops that we'd have to wait 2 months before they could get us in. AC Nelson got us in! As a bonus, they were friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Overall, we had a great experience with them!
