Have some pretty lazy drivers. Couldn't even buzz my apartment to deliver the package just sent a text at 135pm saying can't deliver and left. NEVER even buzzed my door or left the package. My apartment building is also set up with Amazon key. No reason for lazy workers because the day before the driver buzzed my apartment and even put the package at my door. It's frustrating when the package today was supposed to go with a college student moving away. Who is going to pay the shipping cost now? Oh wait it's me not Amazon who failed to do their job of delivering my package that was paid for to have it delivered on Monday between 10am and 3pm. After 4 phone calls was guaranteed each time I would have my package before 945pm on Monday and here it's after 11pm and still no package.

Strongly recommend taking the tour. The local tour team led by Tony did a very good job making the experience the best it could be. Answered questions while providing interesting information on how orders are fulfilled.

I am writing this review based off principle. I ordered 2 items for same day delivery guaranteed, I did not receive either the same day I ordered. That’s a guarantee they did not follow through with. Terrible business practice. Their way of trying to make it right was a $5 promo, unacceptable. We pay how much for prime and they raise the price frequently. $5 does not justify the delay in delivery for same day delivery guarantee. If I could do negative stars I definitely would. I blame Amazon as a whole. Do better Amazon. Be better. This makes you look bad and makes me no longer want to use your services anymore and delete my account.

My package left on March 12, 2023. Got a text saying it was in transit. Where did it go? Truck driver enjoying it? I finally got a full refund.

I've been with Amazon for three years. I must say that Amazon is the best company I've ever worked with/for in any capacity. HR is easily accessible. Amazon is fully invested inretaining its' employees. Other than not having a traditional pension plan(very few companies do), the benefits are really outstanding. And, proving free tuition for as many degrees as you want puts Amazon far above most other companies. Since I did start with Amazon at the beginning of the Pandemic shut down in MN, I would like to see social distancing put back in place. Although it's not unique to Amazom, people are too close to one another. Definitely too close to me. Which brings me say another point about Amazom that I like is my position with company. It allows me to work alone. Which I prefer. It's a good investment as an IBO/Employee or as a traditional investor.

I've been on a couple of Amazon fulfillment center tours prior to this one - and this one was just as fun and informative. Scheduling can be a challenge now - it was pretty wide open when they opened back for live factory tours post Covid a couple months ago. My group had several special needs folks with us and the tour guide did a phenomenal job keeping them engaged, staying with the group, and showing them around. Parking is super easy and plentiful. Tour guide will answer any questions - though he'll say I don't know, or I am not allowed to answer that. It's a free tour, and the operations are fascinating. They also accommodate for wheelchair among other disabilities. Now whether or not Amazon treats their employees and runs their businesses is a separate matter...but for specifically the tour itself - 5 stars! What a comprehensive system they've set up. I got a Amazon factory tours branded bag as swag. No pictures allowed inside the warehouse proper unfortunately.

STOP HAVING DELIVERY DRIVERS STEAL PEOPLE'S ORDERS!!! My order said it was delivered with Amazon Same day,showed a photo that it was delivered by my door but it was NOT there,checked EVERYWHERE! IT DIDN'T JUST DISAPPEAR INTO THIN AIR!! YOUR DELIVERY DRIVERS ARE DISHONEST!!!
