I recently had work done on my vehicle. The communication was great, but when I went to pay, they tried charging me a 3% credit card fee. In the state of Minnesota, this needs to be disclosed on the paperwork and disclosed upfront. This was not when confronted about it. The store manager Bob Erickson was extremely rude and gave me zero explanation.

Great experience. Sales rep worked with me over the phone and remotely because I live over an hour and a half away. When we arrived all of the staff was very helpful and did great interacting with and including our son. Would highly recommend.

Great buying experience at Apple! I purchased a 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel from them on 9/26/25. I reached out online, and got an email about an hour later. Waited about a day to reply, as I was looking at another dealership as well. When that didn't go quite how I had hoped, I reached back out to Apple, and was set up with an appointment with Tony Souknalong on 9/25. I was greeted promptly on arrival, and we went for a test drive that was more than around the block - we hit a few rural highways, some residential areas, and then freeway, so I got to get the feel for how the Rebel behaved in all those settings. After that, we went back to the showroom, where my trade was quickly appraised. After some back-n-forth negotiation, we came to a very fair deal, although I waited overnight to make sure I was not being TOO impulsive, and did make some counter-offers which were taken into account and agreed upon with little hand-wringing. I made an appointment to pick the truck up and get the paperwork completed, which was handled very efficiently. I didn't feel pressured in the least while with finance (Terry if I remember correctly...), and it was also a positive experience. I would have no hesitation recommending Tony again! No pressure, easy talk, and simple no-nonsense negotiation. I hope they're all around again the next time I'm looking!

We are super pleased with our experience at Apple Valley Ford! We went searching for a truck for our son’s 18th birthday and were tickled to find just the right truck for him! While there we also found a better suit vehicle for momma!!! LOL I just purchased a vehicle 2 months ago (from another dealership) and have not found the liking of it …… not sure if it was possible to trade in a 2 month old new vehicle for another more suiting vehicle but we went for it anyways….. and to our surprise the Apple Valley Ford trade in value proposed on the new 2 months vehicle that I had purchased ….. we couldn’t believe it! So, we walked away with 2 vehicles and are absolutely thrilled! Thank you Tony & Zane for the fun experience!

Bought a “certified” used vehicle thinking that meant they checked to make sure everything ran correctly. Nope. Issues with sensors from day 1. Didn’t realize they were turned off (conveniently) until after the limited warranty expired which lasted only a couple weeks. Very disappointing
