Can I give it a zero rating? Purchased a used Buick enclave here a few years back. I cannot say enough about how terrible this dealership is. They marked the car for $11,000 and the catalytic converters were malfunctioning, the timing chain needed replaced, and the A/C was broken. I found all this out a few months after purchasing. The engine check light came on the day after I bought it. Brought it back to them in hopes to exchange the car. They told me they would fix it and cover the cost. Get it back a week later. Experienced problems after getting it back. Brought it to my mechanic and they told me verbatim that the timing chain had been replaced irresponsibly. Meaning that the mechanics at apple autos are incompetent. He didn't have anything good to say about apple autos and I trust this mechanic. He has 5 star reviews on google for his company. Brought the Buick back to Apple Autos to see if they would cover the repair for the car since the timing chain problem was their fault. It sat in their garage for a week and they wouldn't touch it. Their customer service is as good as their cars are. If they sell you a great car, their service is great. If you get a lemon, their service sucks. I experienced dishonestly from them and their salesmen. I won't ever buy a car here again and I have nothing good to say about them when I talk to friends and family.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent SUV purchase. During the sales process, I explicitly stated my requirement for the license plate to be shipped to my address, as I travel frequently and my cousin, who is unable to drive, is at my residence. This request was acknowledged and agreed upon by the dealership.
However, I was later contacted and asked to pick up the license plate in person, which I reiterated was not possible due to my travel schedule. I was assured that the license plate would be delivered to my address. Despite this assurance, the license plate has not yet been received by my cousin, and the guys who work there call me say he will drop off for us but is been a week now and still don't receive yet. Very unprofessional and not keep they word.

I recently bought a ford focus here after my hyundai was stolen and totalled, Scott and Sean were incredibly helpful and flexible working with my financial situation. This is my fifth car, and I have never had a smoother interaction at a dealership.

The best dealership experience I've ever had. Sean was amazing. Very transparent and patient. We were looking at the cheapest cars possible. They had the best selection of high quality used cars. He spent half the day with us. Most of it was working on getting financed with a loan in my budget. The staff were kind while we waited providing snacks, water, and coffee. One dealer gave my daughter a new in box hot wheels car. She also had fun coloring and making origami dragons they had there. But again, Sean was amazing with his experience and ability to find the car and the best loan with low payments. A+

I have experienced nothing short of fantastic service from them. I greatly appreciated their communication and follow through during my car purchase process; it was clear, direct, and they made it as smooth as possible. They have also assisted in looking at my car when I had an A/C drain plugged, and they were so kind and quick to help. They are a great car dealership company, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into their next car purchase or if looking into a new car dealership - hands down!!! :)
