Always helpful. I always got a weird project and just need small things, a few bolts or a small can of paint. I like that I can walk there get my things and keep moving. If they don't have something they will give suggestions on where to check next. Way easier than walking around a big box store for an hour.

Came in looking for mouse traps. They had every option you can think of. Poison, live traps, electric, mechanical. Lots of good options and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Funny how for a store that isn't huge, they seem to always have what I need as much as the warehouse stores without an hour of searching.

I’m always greeted by a rude employee, he is a young kid. Every time I walk into the store. This young kid who is on staff will say, what do you want now or tried stopping me from returning an item a week after I bought it, unused and unopened. He presents bad customer service by being rude, disrespectful and makes false accusations towards the customer.

I went in the Arrow Shakopee location this afternoon 7/31/23 at around 2pm to make a return of new, unused, unopened merchandises, but was unfortunately greeted by a rude female employee with "shame of you", "you are an a$$shole" for returning merchandises bought on 7/10/23. She wasn't even the employee who did the return, but was verbally abusive the whole time. I know the Neiman family has run the business for a long long time and wouldn't tolerate such unprofessionalism to damage their long time reputation, however, this is one solid reason, I would never go back in there again.

Dropped off a patio screen door first week of April was told 2-3 weeks. Called 2 different times said it would be done the next day both times. Here I am coming in to first week of June. The last time I called I was told the manager lied to me because it was his last two weeks. I told them I would pick it up and do it myself but the new manager said they were running behind and sent 300 screens to new ulm but it would be ready the next day on Friday 5/26 and it’s still not done. I will never give this location my business again.Terrible experience and customer service.

So glad I called and came in tonight!! Had a very hard to find camper key that I needed a copy of. Local camper dealer didn't even have a key blank! Arrow Hardware not only said come in and we will try... they worked until the found a key that matched! I can't thank them enough!!!

No one offers to help. Charged me for 4 feet of hose they measured at 3 feet. Out of fittings I needed. Also please be aware. THEY ARE NOT AN ACE HARDWARE AND WILL NOT HONOR ACE COUPONS. Even though it says on line they are. I will not be going there again.
