“One of this location employee, had helped reinstalling a new battery in a 15 degree weather after a previous one had an unknown issue, persuaded to use their tools instead, and answered all of the questions that were asked. Service was completed as alright overall. Glad that they have a long time warranty on car batteries whenever you need them replaced at a bad time or switched if you only had them for less than a few years bought at O’Riellys! Overall good experience.”

“I was scheduled for the third time to come in for a battery change or a new battery. Today is Friday October 10th 2025. This was scheduled with Nick senior and he said come back on Friday at 9:00 a.m. I got busy while I was waiting and waiting and finally I said something and Nick senior said we don't get paid to put your battery in. I told him I always tip fairly well for the person that puts it in .Ken helped me out
