This is what i got in a bag of onion rings!I called and was offered to waist an hr of time and my gas to get new ones or money back. They over charge and sell this and other bad food.

I spend sooo much money every week shopping in this store and so I do not appreciate being approached by some big burly guy as I was ordering chicken from the deli . I had bananas in the cart and my 2 year old wanted one right away and I gave it to her. This guy interrupted me to tell me that bananas are paid for by the pound as if I was stealing. I just lost my sister and I’m grieving and this random guy wants me to know that his boss has hawk eyes and wants me to know that his boss can see my daughter eating a banana. I ALWAYS PAY FOR MY FOOD! Unbelievable!!! I have plenty receipts and stamps to prove it.

I've mostly dealt with the pharmacy at this location and the employees there are always so friendly and helpful. They always explain insurance issues with me and help me find the best way to get what I need at an affordable price. They're very punctual, I never wait more than a minute at the window. And if I call they're just as helpful over the phone. Highly recommend working with them for prescriptions.Otherwise, the store seems clean and well taken care of. I'm always in and out of the building quickly. I did buy some cut flowers there the other week and I was shocked that they lasted almost a month and they were beautiful!

Cub, please bring back the URBANIZE herbs grown in Edina. The national brand you switched to is of much lower quality. You forced me to buy basil at Hy-Vee, and their aisles are organized by a committee of chimps that can't grasp the principle of putting like items together (see photo).

I usually find what I need here, as they seem to keep it stocked well. Their shoppers for home delivery do a great job, and we've always been pleased with the pharmacy service too.

This used to be my favorite place until they decided not to be open 24 hours. I hope this is just temporary, because now there is nowhere in Shakopee to shop for groceries after I get done at my job at 11pm. Very disappointing, and I will not return until they reverse course and go back to being open 24 hours.

Today i had the pleasure of having my potato salad from the deli served to me straight from a bucket ON THE FLOOR to the container. When i approached one of the managers she laughed and said she would let the deli manager know when she was back in three days....i am no expert but i am pretty sure that is a No No and TOTALLY gross!!!!!

This place is my jam. The staff is amazing, helpful, friendly and the pharmacy is the same.

It is not fair that they have taken away the 24/7… people don’t have the luxury of getting food during the day. Where can people get medicine or things they need? This was the only 24/7 place in our city and now it’s gone. Thanks a lot, cub.

Love the location but the removal of overnight shopping is a pain in the behind. Alls well though, they got some decent deals for rewards members.

The self check out is very terrible, it's extremely slow had to wait for 3 minutes for the recit to print. They should have more actual registers open not just one, which is always full.

It’s one of the biggest cub in town. It had all required groceries and all pharmacy items as well. Compared to other locations this one has more one roof styled (one big room) shopping. More organic can be better and pricing is good and competitive. Varieties on organic foods can be better. It’s a nice store in the neighborhood.

Make sure you don’t need any last minute things for the holidays on Christmas Eve, or prepare to face harassment from the cashiers and surprisingly managers. If you don’t want people shopping for holiday items because “it’ll ruin your Christmas” then maybe you should find better jobs or a better manager that will staff accordingly. Will never return again after that amazing experience yesterday. Merry Christmas everyone, spend 50 cents more and go to Hyvee.
