Sent a prescription here for my baby and went to pick up 24 hours later to find out they had to order it. Pick up set for Monday (3 days later) and they said they would call to let me know it was ready. I called Tuesday since they never called, to find out that it was only in stock in Waconia! Got to waconia to find out i had to wait another 15 min for it to be filled. 1 week later and i have my prescription for my sick 10 month old.

It should be 0 star! This place is not considerate of people’s time! Don’t care about people’s health. My 4 year old and I waited past an hour before being seen. Appointment made well in advance. And there was no apology whatsoever!

Pharmacy is a joke. I only go here because my insurance forces me to and there isn't another location close by. Your staff are over worked and there's clearly not enough of them to handle your business. Do better CVS

Horrible customer service. I would give zero stars. I have tried calling three times over the last two days at the Shakopee location and have waited for at least 30 minutes each call without success. Nobody answers the phone at that location. Prescription has been in process for over 48 hours. I do not recommend this site anymore, the service used to be great. I will be transferring my prescriptions to a pharmacy that actually cares and talks to people. If you do not want to answer the phone, hire more people or hire someone that will actually answer and talk to people

I’ve visited 3 different times in 2 days to pick up a prescription and each time I was told it would be ready in an hour (mind you, I waited 12 hours from the time my prescription was sent in from the doctor). I get being short staffed but seriously? 48 hours and still not ready? Terrible.

Made a minute clinic appointment yesterday and it was canceled and I did not get any notice of the cancellation until I got to the store to do my pre check in, I made a second one for today and that one also got canceled.

This CVS location has definitely gone down hill over the last year and a half. We used to get our prescriptions promptly and the service was great. Now it seems that they are always too busy and can't keep up and the service has declined a lot. I called yesterday because I had a prescription that I take monthly showing out of stock and I had a new prescription that I needed to start this morning. I wanted to pick both up this evening so I had them in the AM when I needed to take them. I called an waited about 15 minutes to talk to someone to get updates on when they would be available. I told the lady that I would be coming around 7pm to pick them up. Their advertised hours are from 9am - 9pm. I arrived just after 7pm to find that the pharmacy was closed! The guy in the store just said oh, new hours and started laughing. The woman I spoke with said nothing about them closing at 7pm when I called. I now have to miss work this morning to get my meds. I definitely will be looking for a new pharmacy.

Worst customer service in the Pharmacy I can even imagine. They filled my prescription with wrong amount. Had to have insurance call them to get them to listen. Then on another prescription they were late with a supply issue and I was going out of town for 11 days. Asked them to hold for me. Got notice on vacation they could not hold till I get back in 4 days. Called pharmacy and the most rude barely English speaking, in a hurry man, told me he was not sure he could hold it and hung up on me. Guessing I will have to start over when I get back. Lucky I have enough for vacation. No way he took note or did anything about it.The store is fine but take your prescriptions elsewhere. No don’t just take them, Run for your lives the other way.Will be moving mine when I get home.Been a problem for months and they can not seem to solve. This guy is not the answer if anyone in charge is reading this.I am dependent on these medications and they actually don’t get it or care. If I had been in the store I would be in jail for assault right now.

This location seems to be going downhill. I can’t get through to speak with anybody on when my daughter’s prescription will be ready as the status has sat “In process” for quite some time now FYI… I spent 30 mins waiting to be connected to someone and no one ever answered. I called the store.. nice lady said their busy and understaff to keep trying… But this is the second time….. I have being unable to pickup a prescription that is truly needed as my baby is super sick. This is just not okay.

I love the Winter Park CVS on Orlando Ave. The managers and staff are wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. The providers in the Minute Clinic are tremendous and caring. I have visited this CVS for immunizations and testing; and I plan to move my “pharmacy of choice” to this CVS location. I highly recommend the CVS in Winter park to all my friends and neighbors.

I love the Winter Park CVS on Orlando Ave. The managers and staff are wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. The providers in the Minute Clinic are tremendous and caring. I have visited this CVS for immunizations and testing; and I plan to move my “pharmacy of choice” to this CVS location. I highly recommend the CVS in Winter park to all my friends and neighbors.

I would not return. They rang up my prescription however, they were not willing to got the extra step and enter my GoodRX coupon. They said I would have to come back after they take a lunch to get the GoodRX price because they didn't have 10 seconds to enter that price prior to me checking out. The pharmacist was very rude.

I have been going there for years. N I never had one problem with them. The team there is super friendly and super nice as well. And minute clinic is easy as well I make my appointment I show up and they get me right in and out.
