I meant to leave a review had a good quote for a transmission on a Chevy equinox loved it but decided to salvage the vehicle but would recommend and they were very transparent about the whole process.

This is by far the worst place to go to. The owner does not know how to talk to customers, he is very rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend anyone to go to this shop.

This is a true auto shop. You can trust what they tell you because they will show you what needs to be done and what they parts look like when they replace them. They don't try to replace what does not need replacing. They want to keep your car running as long as it can. They are going to be direct with you and they know what they are doing. If you are looking a nice waiting room with fancy coffee, this might not be for you, but if you are looking for a true garage and no nonsense this is it. This is where I go to get major work done.

I had two jobs done with them. One was steering column replacement, and the other was major engine repair. On both occasions, they were very professional and fair. They always kept me on the loop. I would recommend this shop.

Very poor customer service! I called the shop this morning and was told they would have time to look at my car, great! I was only a few minutes from the shop, and they opened at 8 AM, so I got there shortly after. I waited outside with other customers for 45 minutes, and after 3 calls, I finally left. I spoke with a service advisor and told him we were waiting outside, waiting to check in. I wanted to talk to someone in person since the advisor hadn't taken any information over the phone, not my name, car, where to park, or put keys, nothing. He mumbled something and then hung up on me, so I called back 10 or so minutes later, thinking he was coming to the door. This time it went to a voicemail, which I left telling him I was waiting outside to check in. Fast forward another 10-15 mins, and this time it was picked up and hung up, no voicemail or anything, so I can only guess that was my clue to take my business somewhere else!

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any business, let alone a car shop. The owner of the business here are unbelievably rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. No basic courtesy, no respect — just attitude and arrogance.
They clearly don’t care about doing good work or treating people with decency. I left feeling insulted, disrespected, and incredibly frustrated. If you're looking for a place that values your time, your money, or you as a person — look elsewhere. This shop doesn’t deserve your business.

Brought vehicle to have breaks fixed and 1 month later breaks were “mush” again. Owner didn’t like questioning we had about work done that didn’t last. We were yelled at and forced out off the property. Would NOT recommend.

Brent and his team were really helpful. Something went wrong in my car, I called them the next day and they fixed it day of. He called me to let me know what the problem was and explained it to me in terms a non-mechanic can understand. No bs, just completely helpful and transparent. We’re new to Shakopee, so finding Dynamic was lucky for us. I’ll be back if I ever have another issue with my vehicle.

I've had 2 excellent experiences with getting my Pontiac Bonneville fixed at Dynamicar. Brent has been a pleasure to work with, and even went out of his way to give me a ride when my vehicle couldn't run. Not only does he truly care about giving the best service, but his knowledge on top of that makes it so easy to trust them with any maintenance needs. I would recommend them to anyone, especially with making it affordable at the end of the day. Thanks again to everyone at Dynamicar for the amazing service!

Very poor customer service, I would not recommend this place at all… I went just for a check-up and the owner's attitude from the moment I arrived was bad and I simply did not want to pay his price, maybe I could find another place, and he got offended and started talking to me in a tone that I did not like or that is simply not used with customers and I had to leave…

Told the boys my motor mounts were well past their prime. It still made me laugh to come for pick up and they had the old motor mount to show me how bad it was. Car drives so smooth now, miss the shake in my hands. Great service, fair prices. I’ll be back when Barbie needs car care/repair.
