Edit: They no longer accept EBT, despite previously doing so when asked why fiance got a rude response from the employee. We loved coming here to get cute little affordable decor for our apartment but sadly we will not be coming back anymore. The new store manager is running the place into the ground. I'll be surprised if they last another year. The Party City was better.
I love the nice things you can get here, however you're treated like a thief as soon as you enter the place. Self Checkout that you can't do yourself? Just put in a regular register at that point. Only one person 'helping' to check people out so you have to wait in a line when everyone could just be doing it themselves in the six or so other spots. If it's due to theft issues then you should hire more people to keep an eye on your store, not make every single customer at your store feel like they're being accused of being a thief. This new 'policy' is just going to make the real thieves worse.

This place is NEVER open when it says it's supposed to. Today there was a sign stating that they will open at 11 today and it's after 11 and it's still closed. All the lights are on but no one is answering the phone or coming to the door. TERRIBLE way to run a businsss

This place SUCKS. The dumb employee told us we couldn’t use the SELF CHECKOUT because he had to help us. Well… guess what… WE ARE NOT MORONS AND WE KNOW HOW TO READ THE WORDS SCAN AND USE CREDIT CARD. The employee is stupid and you should fire him. He had an Afro if that helps narrow it down.

They say they "have " to check you (store policy) out but REALLY what they mean is they are just going to scan your stuff with all the attitude and then you have to do the rest...for a store that can never keep staff and management that has a MAJOR attitude, you should have left the checkout to us!!!! I got worse customer service today than I ever have before!!!!!!

Hours are completely unpredictable and you cannot count on what the Google hours say, nor their own website. In addition, either reopen the self checkouts, or have more employees working.

Drove 25 minutes to get there, and the doors were locked with all inside lights on? On a Tuesday. At 2pm. With NO note on the door indicating they were closed. Tried calling whilst sitting in the parking lot...surprise surprise...NO answer there either. Will NEVER attempt to go here again. 0 out of 5 star if I could give it that...unfortunately Google won't allow it.
