The lady watched every move we made, if we went to a different row of items she would follow us and then commented “don’t steal anything” and made me shut the pouches on my bag because they were halfway open. I will never come back to this place.

They removed the changing rooms to try on clothes. I asked about return before buying. He told me I could return within 14 days. Made sure I was back with the one item that didn’t work to be told I have to exchange only. I didn’t have time for an hour of shopping in the small window I had. Manager wouldn’t allow for a return exception or gift card. It’s pretty much a scam to “not-for” profit off donated clothes.

Myself and mother have been going there for years,I’ve even put 90 hrs community work there also, but The complaints i have are the prices keep going up, I understand your trying to squeeze every cent out the item, that’s not working. You have so much inventory coming in, but you shouldn’t be worrying about that, you should be thinking about getting Stuff sold the you can get more out-there. Tell you’re working that do the tags, that’ it’s time to sell stuff

We generally enjoy visiting and donating to the goodwills around the twin cities.
I don't know why this location is different some other goodwills.
Removed all the hardware items or they took them im to another Goodwill.
Removed the religious book section. I asked about it and I got a blah blah answer.
Workers with no personality.
One older pudgy lady would not help me. She's either a supervisor or think she is.

Was in the area and figured I'd stop by and see if the recent low reviews were a fluke. Definitely not a fluke. Unorganized and overpriced. If it's name brand, expect insane prices because they don't factor in the condition on any of their items when they are priced. $20 for a Patagonia pullover with a very obvious cigarette burn, not to mention the heavily worn $12 Under Armor sports shirt. Used Walmart "George" brand clothing more expensive here than buying it new. Just crazy, then the company asks if you want to round up instead of the employees being paid a liveable wage. Run away!

Worst experience ever. Theres a girl cashier who loves to hear her voice she talks way to loud. I went in to exchange, one item, she asks for my ph# I start giving it and she's saying it out loud not just putting it in the computer so I say I'd prefer not everyone in the store hears my ph# she says well mam we have to get your ph# on exchanges. Obviously wasn't understanding what I meant. She seems like a good cashier but to loud and there was no reason she had to repeat after me entering a ph# and being so extremely loud. Never had this experience at another location.

I have donated several times to this location and the last couple times my items were just thrown around into cardboard bins with zero consideration of breaking/damaging the items. I realize I no longer want them, but be respectful.

This is a clean and organized Goodwill location. I can usually find a treasure every time I shop here.

Very clean easy to get to Goodwill store. They did not have very much though it was small and I thought I'd find some fall and Halloween things but there really wasn't much out at all.

The workers taking the donations are extremely rude and really not very bright. I will not donate to goodwill again
