Came at five a m.The employee didn't even open the door i'm standing there , he on his phone ignoring me standing at door 505 a m still not open.
Another customer drove up, still not open so irritating when you need to be somewhere and someone wasting your time just to be on his phone 🙄

Holiday in Shakopee very rude, was it because I was a black man.
Tone, attitude, and body language would make any customer feel they were treated unpleasant.

Don't us there car wash it damaged the side of my truck. And they won't pay to fix it . And don't try to get any one on the phone to help you they give e you a run around. The associate on duty conveniently lost all of the photos of the damage that the wash did.

saying I got a refund when I never did and on top of that they just had bad service so i wouldn't recommend it , don't waste your time coming in here especially when it comes to gas , I asked for regular gas and they would refus to give me regular gas service so I went back and asked them and then said that i have to pay again and I ask for the same amount and they wouldn't want to do it

I put my debit card in the card reader and it locked onto it and at the same time the attendant turned the pump lights off and announced that they were closed. I had to try to find and retrieve my card and finish fueling using my phone flashlight. Horrible customer care experience.

Pulled up to pump took card said begin fueling and nothing...ran out of gas at intersection waited to get help 40 min. So horrible

It says it closes at 12AM (midnight) and it is 11:33. There should still be about a half an hour of it being open but the doors are locked and it’s vacant. Wrong hours listed or someone went home half an hour early.
