GREAT EXPERIENCE! Our furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving. We visited HomeTown Bank to discuss financing options at 4:30 pm on Wednesday night before the holiday break. We were greeted and were able to meet with a loan officer within minutes. We were not account holders at HomeTown bank but were not treated any differently. Kim Bun discussed a few financial options to fund a furnace for our home. Walking in, I felt out of sorts but walking out we felt at ease after meeting with her. She was knowledgeable, kind, and truly listened to our circumstances. I appreciated being treated like an individual and not just another cog in the machine.Thank you HomeTown Bank and Kim Bun! We will be moving all of our business over to Hometown Bank because of this great experience.

I can’t stop saying how AMAZING Hometown bank is! We had gone in there for a refinance on a car! Kim Bun helped us navigate in the right direction for the perfect price! She answered EVERY question I ever had even if it may have been a silly/stupid question! The team there is awesome, and so welcoming, and friendly! I will always stay with Hometown Bank!

I Have been banking with hometown from the first day they opened in Shakopee. I have found everyone to be very helpful and always welcoming. I have working closely with Linsey Puffer and she has always been very knowledgeable and positive. I really appreciate that she willing to listen to my ideas and share a variety of options available. I also like the fact that some of the staff are locals and very involved in many different ways in our community.

Kim at HTB is an 11 out of 10. She went above and beyond for me to the point where I decided to stay in the Shakopee area indefinitely. I have never been treated so well, so respectfully, so gracefully at ANY other bank. Period. No way you will find this level of personal service at any other financial institution.
