I showed up 30 mins early to my appointment. I said; I realize I'm very early and would be happy to wait.Reluctantly he took me back . I say " he"Because he didn't introduce himself to me.I wasn't exactly prepared with every document but was willing to drop off the next day. He thumbed through my previous tax returned by a reputable account that unfortunately retired. "He kept rubbing his face and said he doesn't have time to do my small business taxes. Ok..Well , do you not want to take my business?He said..you can go somewhere else.I was shocked!

Tom Seemed kinda shady, had to ask one of his co-workers for help with filing my taxes.Called ahead to make the appointmentSpoke to a lady with my mother next to me as witness. She said it was $125.00 to file for 2 forms from 2 years worth W-2’s based on appointment charge and service.Tom disagreed with that information that was given prior to seeing him, he wanted to double charge me $125.00 per form.When in fact I did not make that much at all, did not claim at all.. still had to pay in.. seems very sketchy.Will not be returning.

Never called me back . Submitted my papers 1 week before tax day and they completely ghosted me when I called back asking if I get fined I was told it’s between me and IRS not there problem .

My experience overall was terrible. Matthew took over completing my taxes while Gary was out sick. Matthew had no idea what he was doing, instead of trying to work with me he yelled at me and accused me of waiting until the last minute to file my taxes. I ended up walking out without completing my taxes. Not one person called me to see if there was anything they could to help and no apology.

They will cancel on you in the last minute. Not dependable - These folks cant even get appointment right

$350 for a simple straightforward return plus a reroute because they can’t keep appointment and fed me to the next available guy that’s not vested in your situation but can gladly offer you “standard deduction ” left a sour taste in my mouth and left there feeling and knowing I was robbed- fool me once shame on you . First/last time. Please check elsewhere and don’t make same mistake else Shame on you
