I've taken my car several times now to Joe's general auto and, they were able to fix my air conditioning and help with the warranty, so everything was covered. Next, I had some sort of a electrical problem, and they figured it out. Everything was affordable as far affordability goes for car repairs. They're always very nice and very understanding.
They understand how stressful the costs of car repairs are and help take the best route to keep expenses down. I recommend them 100%

I've been going to Joe's Auto for about a year for routine maintenance. They make it very easy to schedule an appointment, they have great communication on your car's status, and they explain all of the services they performed when you pick up the car. Also, recently my Mini Cooper was giving me a parking gear error and I was able to get an appointment the next day. They identified that it was a gear shift error and said they would be able to fix it. Additionally, they also contacted the Mini dealership to see if this was a known issue and they found out that there was actually an extended warranty for that very issue. I was so grateful they found this out because I was able to have the dealership fix my car free of charge! It was so comforting to know they were looking out for me to find the best option for my car. I'll definitely keep coming back to Joe's!

Joe and his mechanics are honest and experienced. I came to his shop with an emergency and he helped me get my car back up and running. They do a free 15 minute inspection which is hard to find at most places. Especially honest mechanics, those are always hard to come by. This place is a hidden gem and they’ve certainly earned a loyal customer.
