Just stopped in today and was very disappointed, had to deposit money and get some change counted which took forever...asked them if we could get a voided check because my accountant needs one for payroll and Reema said they don't do that and we would have to order checks which I have never heard of a bank that cannot print a voided check I ended up googling it and old national does print voided checks she just didnt want to do her job... its took 30 minutes to just deposit some cash and get coins deposited. I wish old national never bought bremer bank Reema should not be at thr front counter she clearly doesnt understand how to do her job.

I set up Debet Card. Gave had a Laminated Card finger print security. The Abasssadors Left on Thursday instead of a Staying and helping on The First Day Friday I get a pension on Friday because the 1st falls on Saturday. After 4hrs of Checking on line I called My Vetrans Service Officer . My Checking was deposited to my WELLS FARGO Savings Account.
Never filled out a slip to Move my Checking to Wells Fargo. Now today is a very disorganized way. Went call to connect to My.Branch. Not able to connect to me. Had to go through Drive Threw.

I’ve had really good experiences with old national bank for our business account but I will not be returning to this location. Reema was incredibly rude and super poor customer service she has no business being on the front counter or talking to the people who bank here
fortunately there are a lot of options for banking and I will choose to not do mine here

There's always multiple people in here working but I'm always standing around waiting. Everytime I call any of there lines to, they hardly every answer. They coukd definitely do better on there customer service and security.

On February 27th I called customer service. I was double charged for a monthly bill. I had a hard time understanding the person and the back ground noise was unbelievable. It sounded like another person was on the phone with us. Also I was put on hold enormous times. I ask her if she was helping someone else. They charged me to stop payment on the bill, but this morning I was charged again for the same bill. They did not stop payment. I spend the whole day trying to resolve this problem. Now I get to do it all over again.

This bank is a joke. I’ve been trying to get through to them for 2 days, total time on hold 3 to 4 hours. Dropped calls twice after an hour on hold. Keep getting transferred to someone else and put back on hold. This is the worst experience with a bank I’ve ever had. DON’T BANK HERE!!!!!

After being with this bank for 20+ years, enough is enough. First National bank of Chaska, and Klein Bank were great, Old National is terrible. They sent me out a new debit card and apparently it was returned to sender but they never contacted me, just shut off my card, this happened 3 times. I have not moved, changed my name, & no reason I didn’t get the 3 cards they claimed to send. When I called to voice my frustration and tell them to turn my card back on they refused to help. I then went in and pulled all the money out of my 3 accounts without issue, however didn’t try to figure out what was going on or how to better the situation. You’d figure keeping an existing customer would be much easier than finding a new one, but nobody cares. Read reviews about who you are going to give your business to, the credit union I’m now with appreciates my business.

My daughter who is 16 signed up for a student checking account and of managing money for the first time can be difficult and mistakes are made however charging a fee for everyday being negative is horrible especially being a young person trying to learn. I will never recommend this bank for people due to this fee schedule.

I have been banking here for many years. The only time there is a problem is when you deal with a personal banker. Back in the day they would talk to you with respect and concern. Now they are pushy, bossy, and rude. I had one of those today. She was the worst. Very frustrated with this modern customer service. I have one piece of advice. Even if your product is not top of the line you will succeed if your CUSTOMER SERVICE is.

So disappointed in Old National Bank. My daughter was expecting a 500 dollar deposit return from a damage deposit. Woke up this morning it was there, what a blessing on this financially hard time of year. Hours later I get a call from Old National that they made an error and deposited someone else's money in my daughters account. I am told the money will be pulled from my account to cover it. I just paid house payment and have 200 for gifts for my family. The guy tells me he is trying to help me by letting me know so I dont lose my money. My daughter paid her 130.00 cell phone bill and now I have to cover the loss. That leaves me with 80 for gifts. MERRY CHRISTMAS OLD NATIONAL. YOU WILL BE LOSSING MY BUISNESS MONDAY !!

This bank is so difficult to work with I tried to keep an open mind thru the buyout but it almost feels like they don’t want our business. After switching banks it really makes me realize how poor the services was. Tellers were great. Bankers not so much. They just make you jump thru hoops and waste your time.
