Be aware they charge $200/hour for service. I brought my car in to get a sensor replaced. They spent 2 hours doing tests to confirm I needed a new sensor and some other things, but didn’t do any maintenance. I got it back at the end of the day and got billed over $400 for 2 hours worth of tests. They didn’t make me aware of the high service fees nor do I see it listed anywhere on the website.

The staff made a very complicated process easy to understand and kept me informed throughout the process. Nobody gets excited about spending money on their vehicles, but its nice to know you are working with honest people.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Midas. Despite their expensive rates and consistently high bills, they only offer a $20 discount and use refurbished parts with limited warranties. While they initially engage politely, their demeanor changes once the work is completed or when asked for work details, often responding rudely and raising their voice. Their $40 diagnostic fee feels like a waste, and their tendency to quote prices significantly higher than necessary is concerning. I strongly advise against using Midas; it's better to research and opt for a local, reputable alternative. My rating for their service is zero.

It can be hard to find an auto mechanic you can trust. There are just so many unknowns with car repair. All my experiences here have been very positive and they have earned my trust. They don't overcharge for unnecessary services and I believe that they try to do the right thing for their customers and the vehicle.

Very friendly service! I already had a coupon printed and they checked it against their offers to make sure I got the best possible deal. I did not feel pressured to upgrade or perform additional maintenance. They did point out an issue that may need attention in the future and prepared an estimate. The appointment took a little longer than some of the rapid oil change places, but the lobby was clean and comfortable.
