Food was very good, had squash which I don't see at a lot of mexican restaurants! Good cilantro sauce as well! Very expensive! Service really lacked, never even got water, didn't get things we asked for, had ta hunt down server to say theymessed up my order, then when u pay it's on their phone thing or something and the tip is already added and they hold the pay thing so they expect a good tip while they watch what u put in. But service was not great!Vegetarian options: U just hafta ask to remove the meat, still get charged for the price of meat but not really vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: They have a GF menu I think, I'm allergic to much more and they did work with it.

Pablo's is the best Mexican restaurant in Shakopee.The queso dip is delicious.The chimichangas and burritos are amazing.In fact, I haven't had anything bad on the menu yet.Do yourself a favor and save room for dessert.... Love, love. Loved! We will most definitely go back. There was great music, we were so relaxed, the staff was awesome. The food was great. Sure seemed authentic, and the prese of our food was great! Pricing was right in line with our idea of how much it should be! A diamond in the sand. Best restaurant we have been at in a long time.

The restaurant is of a typical Spanish style decor. The wait staff seated us promptly. I ordered the Pablo's tacos pick 2 and they were delicious. We will definitely be back.

The decor is a of many of the Spanish style restaurants I've visited. The staff is really nice and accommodating. The food is amazing I ordered the chimichangas I'm glad I was hungry the portions are large. We'll definitely be eating here again.

This is one of our favorite Mexican food places to go. It's a little bit of a drive for us, but the food is always great. The service has always been good and the staff is so friendly. They do the complimentary chips and salsa, however their salsa is always great and tastes fresh. My daughter loves their rice. She always gets double instead of beans. Their tacos and burritos are pretty good too.
