Went in recently after purchasing a new E-Bike from a separate source, Paul was super helpful and assisted me with correcting my brake issue and seat issue despite having what appeared to be a busy day. Already looking into a few upgrades for the bike and will definitely be seeking Paul's advice/services in the future.
