If you have cats, PetSmart is so much better than PetCo. They have WAY more stuff for cats. When I went to Petco, cats seemed like an afterthought (as did the other non-dog pets). I drive 10 miles further away just to go to PetSmart.

Kaydence is amazing! Proud dog mom. Jack did so well and I owe it all to Kaydence. Jack did both beginners and intermediate classes and graduated. On to advanced classes ☺️

Not a huge deal but one of your cashiers always takes my dog food and shakes it all to the bottom of the bag. I don’t ask for this yet every time he does this. I buy dog food with dehydrated meat so when he does this it shakes all the meat to the bottom of the bag. I won’t be going here anymore.

It isn't the biggest PetSmart store but I felt that it was well kept and organized better than any other one I've visited. The associate who assisted us was very friendly and helpful.

We've had great success working with Kaydance in both beginner and intermediate training sessions so far. The format of class gives the pet and pet parent a chance to work in a pet-friendly environment while getting individual and group time with the trainer. Kaydance does a good job correcting pet behavior but also pet parent behavior. It's important to coach both and she does a great job being kind but no-nonsense. She's also got a great way of showing the intended behavior in the group setting and again in the individual time. I'm so happy with how our dog is doing!
