About Park Nicollet Clinic Shakopee
Park Nicollet Clinic Shakopee is a clean clinic and hospital with superb medical care. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and treats patients very well. Appointments and surgeries are handled excellently. The lab area is very clean. Maintenance issues are repaired quickly and seriously. Some feedback notes that communication, such as phone calls from the doctor, is not 100 percent accurate. Many patients choose to drive out of their way to come here.

Our DR is great. But the fact that we have to walk ourselves to a room and find our own way now instead of being escorted by a nurse, like most places do. It's so awkward and uncomfortable.

Was at the lab with my mother. They treated her like a queen. I waited in the lobby and she was in and out. She said it was very clean in the lab area. The staff was very friendly!!

The worst customer service i have ever received. Don't call them to try to resolve any issues either. They do not care. I am taking my health care dollar someplace else. The service at park nicollet has been in decline for years.... it just hit a tipping point I guess.
