Lynn is such a sweetheart. She was so helpful and explained the reason my car was picked up. Got the car out even tho it was past close. No one likes the impound lot- let’s be real. But this experience was as positive as it could

Lyn was working the front desk and she was the most helpful and friendly person I’ve worked with at a towing service. We got there right before close and she stayed open late for us and even gave us a ride to get cash from the gas station nearby. She was amazing! I hope the company recognizes her skills and compassion...
