Bought a few gift cards from them one was not activated correctly so the $100 went through my bank 3 times rather than twice!
This wasn’t the Big issue as I know that can happen.
The issue was the difficulty of getting money back. Ended up speaking to 2 regular employees the store manager then his boss then directed to call # on the card which had me speaking to customer service only to be given another number to call customer care.
None of which did anything to return my money!
Filed issue with my bank. This was caused by Shell so even though I did go through my bank I absolutely do not feel that I should have had to.
Also told store and customer service the issues we had trying to use the cards at the pumps…. After we used the card a few times they were no longer working outside at pump when entering store to pay inside it was explained to us that once the balance of our cards go below $50.00 we need to enter store and use it inside instead… WHAT???
Then when the balance was a little smaller we happened to be at a pump if you weren’t using credit card you had to pre pay which made us guess at how much so I left an additional 20 dollar bill but all of that didn’t fit,
I walked back in for the change from the additional 20 and was told they couldn’t give me the cash back they had to place it on the card???
I have never heard of so much bologna. They are ridiculous.
I know me myself not ever going back would really not hurt their business too much but hope by leaving this review it might make enough people Choose NOT to go to Shell that might make them lose enough business collectively over time!

I met my friend at a gas station because she just got in accident and he came out and yelled that we were blocking his entrance!!! What a jerk

Person working there is very rude and violent for no reason. Said we trashed his squeegee when it was already broken to begin with and offered to buy him a new one and just yelled at us to get out. Never go there unless you want to be treated horribly.

FUELED UP WITH 93 OCTANE DROVE OFF AND MY CAR STARTED MISS FIRING, BROUGHT IT TO A SHOP, INSPACTION SHOWED WATER IN THE FUEL TANK. MANAGEMENT HANGS UP THE PHONE.

I highly recommend Shell V-Power 93! Unfortunately I pulled in and all the pumps were out of order. I have a performance tune on my car and need 93, no 93- That's a problem. I had to install the stock tune back on my car and put 91 in from Holiday. I didn't have extra time to waste this morning. You have one job- Sell gas. If you can't sell gas just close down.

Long time associate of mine turned the corner. Heading up a New Business Venture; with a 11 year seasoned Veteran of the Petroleum Service. As two Technicians in the Auto Industry. They hit this out out of the Park. As a New lease with Shell.; Accustom to B. P. located in Bloomington. This Station I'm sure will be a Homer for years to come.Pushing forward, traveling under business of my own. I was met with clear and prompt service. Looking around; I found a update based loaded Gas and Pick Brick and Mortar; full of what one may need from fish to travel.Speaking to the new owner; I found Dan to be a; open-minded, Professional and easy talk. As well ;Service Technician behind the counter. Keeping Shell in mind; there was pop to eye drop and Live bait for the traveling Angler. As we talk about, big investment¹t across the road. Face with extra space and newborn pains; we discussed options. Future may possibly hold, family owned Meat locker selection, produce selection, larger selection of sportsman's items with maybe a small gunsmithing shop.American Stands Tall at this Shell location. I found it to be a goodPit Stop !
