I ordered prints and they took over a week to get here and they were all bad I ordered 5x7 and the prints were 6x8 they were not cut correctly and my 8x10 the whole top the the picture was cut off these pictures are for a funeral and they ruined them I will never order prints from here again. And will continue my business with Walgreens photo as they do an excellent job and never have a problem with them. To add my brother had worked there in the past and I showed him the prints and even said someone wasn't paying attention they were all wrong.

HORRIBLE don’t waste money, TIME or energy. Always an excuse and poor customer service. Each rep has a different lie as to where your items are and how soon you will receive them. I used them once before terrible horrible and thought maybe it was a fluke. NOPE.!!! If I could give negative rating I would.

I ordered simple 5x7 prints on August 10, 2022 and today is Aug. 22 and I have not yet received my order. This was for a gift needed by Aug. 26 and after contacting customer service, I won’t be getting this order until Aug. 30th.It is OUTRAGEOUS that it takes more than 3 weeks for simple 5x7 pictures to be produced and delivered to a customer. And they said there was nothing they could do about it.Shutterfly, get on with the times… No one has that kind of patience or time to wait for your slow process anymore. You’ve lost a customer of over 10 years.

Applied to work at Shutterfly with two other gals and let me tell you it was 100% AWFUL!!!They didn’t accept us due to attendance “supposedly” but yet they had no notes or anything from Adecco. We know it was “someone” upstairs that didn’t want us and we know who it is!Seems fishy! But it’s okay! They will want to over work people and the company does not care about you or your health! It’s even worst on the floor! You have to stand for 8-10 hours and no beverages unless you’re on break! YES I understand that they have expensive machinery, but sounds like slavery! Watch out for this place! You’ll need to see a therapist after you work at Shutterfly!Do not deal with Alexis with pro staff at all! She had an attitude with the other gal that had applied there! No sympathy on the phone call! Totally disgusting!!Ask for Brandon! He is literally the best at Pro-Staff! He helps you with all your questions and is quick to replying back. Brandon needs a raise!!People like to gossip and hold grudges! ONLY a hand few of positive/great people.They will also send packages out not caring if it has bad photoshop or background editing!BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. You’ve been warned! Do you’re research & save your money!!

So I ordered ornaments and canvases from this company and they arrived MISSING HALF OF MY ORDER, PICTURE BLANK, FRONT AND BACK SIDES WITH THE MISSPELLING OF MY WRONG LADT NAME, THAT WASNT SUPPOSEDTOBE ON IT AT ALL. I Call to asked why and how I can get a refund and I am told credit only,BY 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE ? I GUESS IM OUT MONEY AND PRESENTS FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS

One 4x6 print, 3 weeks of waiting, and they cut off the photo twice. The first time the rep promised it would be printed correctly. However the second time, the rep only talked in circles and refused to answer how it could have happened again. Seriously disappointing and frustrating.

I just hung up with this company after being on the phone for 45 minutes, speaking to three different people over ONE print that they printed with the heads cut off. I was told it was my fault that I ordered it incorrectly. However there was never a warning to let me know it would be printed incorrectly. No one was willing to work with me. Terrible customer service. This is part of a large order I had placed with this company. And they would not redo one print for me without charging me either shipping or for an enlargement. Awful company. I will never do business with them again

Been a loyal customer for years but this year has been a disaster! Ordered photo Christmas cards, with an estimated delivery date of Dec. 9th. Without going into exhaustive detail, EVERY rep at Shutterfly (Website chat, phone, FB Messenger, etc., has been scripted to cut and paste set replies that give absolutely NO detail and continued repetitive refusal to refund an order that has obviously been lost in the mail. It was THEIR choice to send 3rd Class or slower. No other UPSP, UPS or FedEx packages from 10's of vendors have been lost. But they refuse to do anything about it YET continue to PROMOTE on FB that order now and you can still receive by Christmas?!? How -- they can't get a small order from Dec. 1st here and it's the 18th and tracking shows since Dec 11 that Atlanta is still awaiting arrival there. 7 Days and not yet received in Atlanta. They refuse to offer refund so we have to double spend on another set of cards. What happened to them???

I have been a Shutterfly customer for 20 years and am so disappointed with their customer service in the past few years. This year was the worst in that they lost my order and refuse to reprint and resend it. Talked to 5 different people and not one of them would help me.

I ordered my Christmas cards on Thanksgiving 2020 it is December 14th 2020 and I still have not received my cards! I tracked the package and it said they are in Georgia USPS since December 10th 2020. This is the day I was supposed to receive them! I would not recommend them to anybody. It took me hours to design the cards due to the site crashing and not allowing me to upload pictures. I am not satisfied will not be using them again!

Buyer beware, Shutterfly's site goes down A LOT, I have lost hours of work, called them to try to salvage my work and nothing. I have been using Shutterfly for years, but their quality as gone way down. I ordered Christmas cards (20 of them, received 9) on 11/22 and just received them today, 12/8. Nine cards, 3 days to process them and 14 days to be delivered, totally unacceptable. We are not talking about a shipment of a large box, this was a thin envelop and it takes 14 days to deliver, where could have that envelope sat for 14 days?! They blame it on Covid, but this happened last year and it happened again earlier this year when I ordered simple photos, that took over 9 days to receive 8 4x6 prints! On top of all of these delays, because their site is so flakey, I lost my discount too. I couldn't be any more unhappy. I have ordered so much through Amazon, Chewy and others and their deliveries are impeccable and there are no errors in receipt of product or issues with their websites. Snapfish will be my main source of photo products from here forward. My advice, drop Shutterfly, use Snapfish. Buyer beware!

Free shipping and other deals are listed on the cover making everything sound pretty and cheap. When you’re in checkout, no codes work, shipping isn’t free and prints aren’t free as they advertise for their app. Furthermore, when email customer service, no one replies.

Every time I use Shutterfly there are issues. I’m moving on to a better photo company. Every day since 6/10 our photos have been delayed arrival. These are time sensitive for Fathers Day, so gift may not be finished in time. Just aggravated.
