Stopped in as part of the free spring drop off. Super fast entry, and guys on hand who helped unload SUPER FAST. Definitely leverage the free days. Such a breeze.

This place is 4 miles from our home but we didn't know anything about it! How weird! Now we know where to buy awesome compost and other garden blends for our vegetables. Thanks to Dave and Kaylen for helping us! Five stars!

My goodness Dustin SAVED MY WHOLE YARD! Ive had issues for years and in only 1 season he got us looking the best on the block. My husband probably annoyed him by calling 40 times to make sure we were doing everything correct but it all paid off!!

About SMSC Organics Recycling Facility
The SMSC Organics Recycling Facility (ORF), is an enterprise owned and operated by the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC). We are part of the SMSC’s focus on being a good steward of the earth. At the ORF, we recycle organic materials —like paper, food, and yard waste—from residential, commercial and municipal customers. Then, we craft a nutrient-rich, natural fertilizer for gardening, farming, landscaping and more. We also process wood to be used as mulch and a renewable energy source. Our Dakotah Roots products are available for retail and wholesale.
