Hi, I just wanted to say that I use this ups location quite frequently and that’s why I was so surprised about 2 weeks ago when I went to this location about 11:30 in the morning and found that they were not open. Locked up tighter than a drum! I was disappointed and I had to go to the ups location in savage which was completely inconvenient. I was very glad that the next time I had to go to to ups that my preferred location was open. I was afraid that they might have closed. Always very professional service! The employees are always helpful!

I was at this location on June 2nd around 5 pm and want to comment on how extremely nice and helpful the young man was who was working. I think his name was Chris. I needed laminating done and he got it done quickly. I had to wait a little bit and ran some errands while he worked on it. He called me and told me it was ready. He was busy but handled it like a champ and treated each customer there with patience and professionalism. What a great employee to have. I will definitely be going back for all my mailing and administrative needs. He deserves many kudos!!

Tried to donate clean packing peanuts and was told, .”No, we don’t take those.” In a very rude manner! Checked the website before and it said they would take and ruse them, but NO! So rude! Store is poorly run!

I wish I could give zero stars. I had worst experience multiple times. They have no customer service. I went to store 10 minutes before closing. I had multiple big boxes returning office monitors. They were not ready to help even little bit. On top of that the guy said you have 3 minutes remaining. Well if I am inside the store before closing you need to be cooperative to get my package shipped. They don’t provide tape. How ridiculous!!! There is extra charge for tape. I had to bring one package back to home because their store was closing.

Every time I’ve gone in, the staff have been really helpful and made sure everything was good to go. The drivers and staff at this store have also gone above and beyond expectations when assisting me with a lost package. They were able to troubleshoot a package that had a shipping address issue, retrieve the package, and redeliver the package all within less than 3 hours. The company that had shipped the package had not even started researching before UPS had the entire situation researched and resolved. Their above and beyond customer service was greatly appreciated.

I have to pay $6 to email a copy of a label to them so they can print it?! Are you kidding me?? You're telling me that they can't type the tracking number into the computer and generate a duplicate label? Customer service doesn't exist anymore...

The employees seem really disgruntled and hate being there. Tried to smile and be friendly and was glared at by the gentleman the whole time. Went in for a very simple print job, asked for double-sided and he went ahead and printed single sided. Bring your business elsewhere.

Was charging $17 for a small box and to close it. Went to old carriage ct and they charged me $2 for the box and closed it complimentary. Staff here was very slow and reading everything from a brochure

Time doesn’t match what it says online. It wasn’t open at 8:30 when it said it was. Super inconvenient and quite annoying. Maybe update hours online or have signage stating the correct time
