To the idiots who leave bad reviews (and no I'm not an employee, but was reading the reviews before I decided to check this place out): Stop buying so much shiet from Amazon just because you have nothing else to do but add things to your shopping cart, and turns out you didn't like it. Of course the store will charge you for tape because tape costs the store money. Idiots, I tell you. Idiots who never graduated from high school and failed economics. They probably don't even know what economics is.Notice that most of the bad reviews are from Amazombies?

I needed them to print a label for an Amazon package. They were incredibly rude about it and said that they would not help me and then I asked them if they would print it out. They said yes but they were going to charge me $7.99 I said fine just print it well I went to the UPS store in Chaska. They were extremely nice about it and only charged me $1.99 I will never go back to the Shakopee UPS.

Will charge you $3.99 a minute to use their computer to print package label. They wouldn't scan QR code on return package.

Nice staff but inflated packing supply prices. IMO, a *small* cardboard box should not cost $5.

Went there today (UPS STORE SHAKOPEE) with some Amazon returns. Taylor was extremely rude and had a huge attitude with me, for reasons unkown to me. I went in there smiling and tried to greet the employees, but there was ZERO response! You could tell that she hated her job. She was angry as can be. On one of my returns, I made an honest mistake and didn't realize that I was supposed to package it myself. Taylor said "maybe you should read the directions". I then asked if the other item that was already scanned was supposed to be packaged (it was in It's original retail box). Taylor pointed at it and said in an extremely condescending voice "look at it, it's already in a box". She was dressed in a giant pair of dirty baggy sweatpants and a sweatshirt. She was wearing a mask for some reason, which was probably a blessing as to not show her facial expressions. The other two employees were dressed nicely in uniforms with name tags. When I asked what here name was and pointed out that i didn't appreciate how she treated me and her attitude towards me and HER JOB(!!!), she again, in a very condescending way, actually spelled out her name for me hahaha! Apparently she had judged me and decided that I can neither read OR spell. So I left flustered and frustrated with my other Amazon returns. Once in my truck, I realized that my other returns were supposed to be packaged by them! So I guess I get to deal with my new friend again tomorrow, but hopefully not. If this was my franchise, considering the terrible reviews it already has, I would let her go immediately. In fact, perhaps this franchise could use new ownership? I really hope life gets better for you Taylor! Fortunately, one disgruntled, frumpy employee wearing giant dirty sweatpants and a huge bad attitude is not going to ruin my day, lol.

I saw that this place had less than two stars but thought to myself that I am just ordering prints and it should be a quick in and out. Two days after my prints were due, I went to the store and found out that the prints weren't completed (were they ever going to be completed or follow up with me...?). The representative was very unhelpful when I got there. I had to go home and resubmit the request. The good news is that they were able to fill the request within two hours after the new submission.

I only ever drop off packages but the few times I go in there everyone is very patient and professional.

I have had the same luck here as others. I wanted to ship a small package (about 5x5x10", under 2 lbs) and their basic ground shipping was over $30? Needless to say, I left and shipped the package through the USPS. They were about $10 with insurance. Also, we tried to do an Amazon return here and normally Amazon says to just drop if off, the store will take care of everythign. We had everything ready to go, except the top of the box wasn't taped closed. They wanted to charge $2 to literally tape the top of the box closed?

The lady who helped me was very fast and polite. I didn't catch her name but she has black hair and very pretty lashes! She worked today I went in around 10:10am. I read the reviews and was expecting the worse service but I recieved the complete opposite. Thanks so much for your smooth service.
