This branched handled my fraud case terribly. My wallet was stolen and someone cash a stolen check off my account for $4850 about $4000 more than I had in my account. Obviously their fault and still would not give me provisional credit. I went a week in a half without access to my money and nowhere for my social security to go. The manager at this branch is no help either.

We schedule an appointment with a wonderful banker (Andy P) to help us with general banking needs and account management! Then, he sent us to an equally helpful person (John H) to help us get on the right track related to purchasing a home and getting pre-approved! They were both so helpful and knowledgeable, and we feel so much better walking out of the facility! It was also super clean and warm feeling! Thank you both! We look forward to continuing to work with them in the future!

I always receive friendly service at this bank. I would suggest moving the customer area for loans away from the front door for more privacy.

Stopped by last night. 3 cars in front of me before 5:00 P.M. They also have their ATM the same lane. They took care of 3 cars in front of me (one was atm, so slowed my chance) I get up their, she puts closed sign on and the shade down. 100% pathetic customer service. Transferring all my accounts along with my Dad's business accounts away from US Bank. God forbid someone work a minute over their scheduled time. They've become lazy ever since they took the "COVID" road.

This branch needs to put an ATM somewhere other than in the drive-thru lanes. Service is always slow and sometimes I’d rather drive to the Chanhassen or Bloomington branches because it’ll be faster than going to this branch at 4pm.

The branch manager does not return calls or reply to emails. Expect better service . The smaller banks are way more customer focused. Likely this branch has problems and needs to up it's game.

Very rude teller. I needed to make a deposit. I was tho only person in the lobby area. There were 3 tellers doing nothing. When i approached the lady and tools her I'd be making a deposit of mostly single dollars she seemed very annoyed and rolled her eyes and sighed at me. I took my money and went to a different location. Never again will i go here.

One of the worst US Bank locations. Every time I go here, their is a huge line, tellers are incompetent of doing their job and very rude.

EVERY TIME I go here there is a massive line. Do you only have one person working? I have never experienced a bank that becomes a 45 minute trip every single time I go. This time they didn’t have deposit slips. Are you a bank? Get it together! I am not sure I understand the hours either. Other banks like Wells Fargo are open way more than US Bank.
