These people are lazy. Watched my mail lady leave with my package that I had to sign for and not even attempt to deliver it. Now I have to go to the post office to pick it up. This particular branch phone number is the 1800 number and not even a number to resolve your issues. Worst post office I’ve ever had to use.

When you talk about SNAIL MAIL this is the perfect situation….my friend who lives six blocks away from me in Shakopee sent me an Easter card one week before Easter. I have informed mail so I knew it was supposed to be delivered on that Thursday besides 3 other Easter cards from other friends and my American Express bill…..they never were delivered. Twice I filled out a missing mail form but finally gave up! Yesterday…at least 5 weeks later they actually showed up! PERFECT TIMING!

Been having ALL my baby registry stuff delivered to the wrong addresses. Ive had problems with them NOT delivering things that need signatures the next day… it’s absolutely ridiculous how these people cant even read a house number correctly and get out IMPORTANT packages to the correct owner!!!

I don't know what their problem is. Important mail that is supposed to be delivered within a few days takes upwards of three weeks when it's being sent out from WITHIN TOWN. Whoever delivers to my apartment building has major issues because they keep giving my packages directly to OTHER RESIDENTS instead of putting it in the mailbox! Causing more issues for me and the sellers I buy from! Whoever delivers to this building needs to be fired!

Came in today trying see why I haven't been getting my mail, old lady was being rude, unprofessional, and laughing. Talking to me like i was an idiot. Worst customer service ever! She told me I had to do an address change every year which doesn't make sense when I live there. Did an address change once, why would I need to do it again! Ask for my ID but clearly had nothing to do with me getting my mail and just want waste my time and be sarcastic. Haven't received anything in a month, I showed her a piece of mail with my name and address on it, and that wasn't enough. Making it hard for people to get their mail for no reason.

Usps mail person is not taking his job seriously.. missing my mail and missing packages which he claims as delivered. Tryed talking to a rep at shakopee and we'll they don't care to answer

Disrespectful clown delivering Mail continusly misplaced envelopes and drops them of at wrong addresses. Likes to long distance throw packages long distance against glass door.

The worst mail service. Iv had 2 bills in my mail box to be picked up since Monday November 25th. Today is November 30th. and they still haven't been picked up. Absolutely no excuse. Who ever is in charged should be relieved of there duties..They can't blame it on the weather.

We just moved to town and could not find our mailbox. Miss Connie was extremely helpful every time we had more questions. I am very impressed with how helpful everyone is there. Even our carrier Eileen helped us in getting our mail and parcels. Thank you Shakopee Post Office for helping these newbies learn your ways ?.

I've gotten a checked mailed towards my address and never received it . Apparently someone cashed my check they said "it was delivered at my garage door" where someone could publicly exposed to everyone . Garbage place lost $500 that day because of incompetencies
