This is getting ridiculous... On Saturday I run my errands and come in to pick up my medications and it seems like the pharmacy always closed on Saturdays???And then the kid at the register up front is on his phone and too busy on his phone to wait on customers!This pharmacy has really gone downhill in the last 2 years!!!

So my script was supposed to be ready at 10am its now 448PM and when i came to get it I was told we're still working on it u need to give us more time. How long can it possibly take to put pills in a bottle ? It's always something here!!!!

Set my appointment to get the covid vaccine here. I need it done before I can start a new job. I did everything online nothing said there was an issue I even received emails and text messages confirming my appointment. I arrive the day of and they tell me they thought I needed a booster not the 1st one and they don’t have the 1st one. When I ask what Walgreens has the 1st one he says none.I stopped here cause it was the only one in the area that had the Moderna shot. I’m annoyed I went out of my way for nothing.Went back online and found another Walgreens they said they actually carried the 1st dose. So the person at the counter was wrong about Walgreens not having it.Just for more info the appointment clearly says Moderna 1st dose. I don’t know how you think that’s a booster.

Only Walgreens I’ve been to that constantly has the drive thru closed. And they state it due to short staff but it seems to be from lazy staff as having the drive thru closed causes huge lines in the store rather than waiting in the car. Utterly ridiculous

Out of stock for some things but that just seems to be how it is right now. Staff I engaged with seemed 'out of it' but that's also just a sign of the times. Mostly clean and mostly okay location. Not thrilled this is my local spot but it does the trick when I'm in a pinch. I typically opt to get medicines from other locations or stores if necessary.

Walgreens corporate need to realize what their main source of service is at their pharmacy.. The staff is overworked and doing other services that cause people to literally wait for over and hour to get a prescription. Drive thru NEVER open. They need to figure out how to serve the customers that need their prescriptions.

Worst walgreen I've ever experience , they don't even price match their Own website! Bought a infant med for $10.99 , while the store website said $5.99 !! First and last time I would even step foot in this store . Do NOT recommend coming here

Cashier was rude. I paid with a $20 and while I was waiting for the change I grabbed my bag which she ripped out of my hand and took away from me. I said, "my twenty covers it, I'm not stealing anything ". She glared at me and made me awkwardly wait for her to disperse the change...slowly. Won't be back.

Worst photo experience ever! Masha was so rude and completely uninformed it was pitiful. She has no grasp of the English language which makes it very difficult to complete a customer issue. She walked off the floor went to back of store and just left 12 customers standing. Nobody at the registers. Not once but twice gone for 10 min at a time. Then she calls the photo manger at home on her personal phone and hands it to me on speaker. While Dave the photo manager is refusing to do something that another store director is telling him he needs to do - makes a fool of himself with every customer listening. The Lac Lavon store manager was on my phone telling them to do their job. She told me to ask who their DM is - they refused to say. The manager from other store was dumbfounded! What a clustered mess! NOTE TO STORE IN SHAKOPEE : CUSTOMERS ACTUALLY MATTER #1 #2 DON'T PLACE A PERSON WHO CANNOT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE IN CHARGE OF YOUR STORE! #3 IT MAY SHOCK YOU BUT WE ARE IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NOT IRAN.

Everything was clean and organized. Staff was not helpful. I asked for something and all she said was " I have no idea what that is". I was gonna ask her if she could pull it up on the system to see if it was in stock or not but I didn't want to argue with the lady.

Cashier working the main checkout was pretty rude to me. Older white/blonde lady. She was super offended I didn't take my stuff out of the shopping basket. I don't remember what she said exactly but just remember thinking "okay you hate your life and your job that's not my fault". So frustrating when low tier employees take that out on a customer I'm just shopping and causing no problems. Get a new job if you hate it that much! I don't shop there that often I couldn't remember if they take it out of the basket or if the customer does. She was just nasty about it, toxic person. That's not called customer service or professionalism! At her age she should know better. The pharmacy people aren't that much better. I mean they are more professional but there is just not sense of customer value or customer service. Makes sense, that's what you get with these massive chain stores. I only come back for the cheap snacks and location for pharmacy.
