Inconvenience is what this location service best. The ATM is broken more times than it's working. Can't get cash or make deposit . It's a luck and chance with the ATM at this location. A fast food joint will be better off here.

My last few experiences with this bank/branch have been very disappointing. I have been a long time Wells Fargo customer but decided to close my accounts and use a bank with better customer service.

Very disappointed Saturday. I asked the teller to talk to a banker. She was very rude. Been a customer since Marquette was sold to them. Never had a bad experience before. She said he was busy. I asked if I could wait. She said no. I have serval including accounts including ira. Never been treated this way beforehand. If my investment guy would not be as good as he is I would have closed all of my accounts that day except i have a great investment advisor

Discrimination! First time using this branch had a big paycheck I look dirty and my car looks bad went through the drive-thru the teller wouldn't cash my check they had to do an investigation first because I didn't look like I make that much money discrimination it was a Wells Fargo account check to my Wells Fargo account took them 20 minutes I waited and waited and all they had to say was sorry they had trouble with the check I never had problems anywhere else bad experience discrimination judging book by the cover ?

Been attempting to get a debit card to my account that I have had for over 12 years. Told that I need an appointment, and they are booked for weeks. So instead I have been working with the national care team, to only be sent in circle after circle. I have had 3 debit cards mailed to my house now, and ALL would not activate. They are BLOCKING access from my own account, unless I work with a bank teller or use their ATM. It has been impossible to get a debit card to MY account because of their STRICT appointment only method. Some people work 50 hrs a week and don’t have the ability to schedule 2 weeks out.TRASH

This bank is poor at best. Tried to have cash deposited in my account from a renter and was refused. No problems at other Wells fargo just this one. Very poorly managed. Surprised they keep it open with the service that they provide.

The worst. O stars!! 385 Marschall Rd needs an overhaul ! You can deposit checks into anyones account but they wont accept cash deposit into anyones account unless you are on that account. Although put cash into my account then transfer it. Worst customer service. Asked for a phone call, was told Mark-bonified greeter would call....and crickets.

I needed a temporary debit card as I had misplaced mine, NOT LOST IT! They refused to help me at the drive through, even though I told them I was extremely compromised by covid and unable to walk without a great deal of help. No biggie to them. Had to leave with no help. Hasn't their tech department figured out how to get a signature at the drive through? Sheesh! Even Sam's Club does business in the parking lot on a portable machine. Very bad place for handicapped to do business. Been here since 1987 but looking to change after this last straw.

The people there are so nice and helpful! I’ve never had a problem once and all my questions are always answered. Sometimes lines are long but once you get to the front, business goes very quickly and efficiently.
