I clearly feel the racism here.I go to work and support my family with my labor. I receive my salary via check at this bank but they find ways to keep my money.Sometimes they said there was a problem with the check. Sometimes they say the signatures on the checks are not the same. Then they locked my account so I couldn't buy food for my children. They are not humane because they work arbitrarily and subjectively.If my boss broke the law or had any problems, why did my colleagues with accounts at other banks receive money while mine and my colleagues' accounts opened here were all withheld. It's absurd.I'm trying to work and contribute to America, but they've tarnished America's image very quickly.I will not use the service here again because they do not value customers.

Unprofessional and are possibly racist bankers and management . They just want you to leave without helping you out with what you came in for, saying another brak can help you. ATMs are always broken. Don't use ATMs for deposits here. It always reads less than what you put in.

I went in for a very important document to be notarized. The younger gentleman that helped me was being informed by someone else in the back and did NOT know what he was doing. It seemed like he was too focused on getting out of there. The document I had was very clear on what info went where. He messed up the date on it and then scribbled out the screw up. Even if he wrote it in correctly, the handwriting was not very legible. After we get through this process that took much longer than needed. I see that he put he notary stamp in the wrong spot entirely. There’s literally a big box that says “Notary seal goes here” and he put it where it asks for the printed name goes. This is a simple, but very important process that needs to be handled with care but that care was nowhere to be found. It was rushed. This document is one that I can’t afford to not be perfectly executed. I would never recommend this establishment to handle any important affairs.

A lady named ANASTASIYA SHEVCHENKO helped me. she was extremely helpful professionally.She is takes care of me and solved all my problems.I was lost my Cashier Check,and keep calling to the customer service to get help and never get any help from the person who answered my call.I believe was some person.Then I made an appointment with the branch and ANASTASIYA did her best.I’m very appreciatived her Great service.

Just so fu..ing slow . You’d think more people would be working here . Literally every time I come here I’m here 30-45 minutes waitin in the lobby because there is only one person workin ??????

They were unable to help in branch with basic things my credit union can do without a problem. Final straw was today, tried to open a new account for my daughter and will be opening one at the credit union instead.

Friendly people, and they make it easy to deposit and withdraw money at the outside ATMs. For checks I just deposit them with the wells fargo app on my phone so that's handy!

Rude lady ignored my call-in going in the drive thru and told me to deposit my check in the ATM and go to Dairy Queen instead and get ice cream. Psh. Unreal. Not on my worst day pal.

I've been a long time customer, and while I understand we're all under a lot of stress during this pandemic, I've never been treated so poorly in all my years banking with Wells Fargo.
