I knew I had to return but I had a family emergency occur and I forgot about the return and had past the time frame. I reached out to the owner, Jodi, about what had happened and if she would still accept a return. She graciously did because of my circumstances. She was so professional, caring, and kind in her email. To be honest, it was so refreshing because usually online shops don't treat customers in this way. There was a mess up on the return and she once again the owner, Jodi, handled the situation with such care and professionalism. This shop is top notch!! Do not hesitate to order from them. “Great experience here. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Parking lot is the worst. It's best you park away from the establishment so you don't have to spend 30 mins doing the waltz with other cars. Location is quite big, spacious in every dedicated area. There's variety of product here. I'll be back to see what else they have.”
