Beds aren’t very comfortable, pillows are definitely older and don’t stay up anymore. Was told 21 year olds often come in and make noise. Had a nice front task employee, they did type my address and card number into their computer which I found kinda weird since most just ask to put the card into a reader.

Here for a major event in the area. I was very impressed with the front desk staff as that was my main point of contact while there. I spoke with Andi, Jacki, and Helen at different points during my stay and all 3 of them were very kind and helpful. Older facility but great for an event on the Fairgrounds. The management upgraded the breakfast offering for the full motel weekend, very much appreciated as way better than the normal selection.

5 Stars based on knowing it is an older hotel that is not fully remodeled. I am not comparing to a new hotel.
For its age, it is clean and well cared for.
Their customer service and staff friendliness is remarkable!!
We fully enjoyed our stay.

I had a last minute request for two reservations somewhat complicated. Andi went above and beyond to make sure I got every thing I needed. She made them both so easy. Grateful!! I will be using this hotel again!! Thank you Andi!!

Not applicable as were were at green mill for mother's Day. How ever the parking list in good shape had handicapped parking close which was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

We just returned from a 5 day visit to Minnesota to visit family and stayed at the Best West Plus. It was a clean, safe hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a nice restaurant with bar attached, which was really convenient. Plenty of parking. Location is near a wide variety of stores and restaurants. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Had a great visit during the USA CUP. Front desk were so accommodating and helpful. Molly was great!!! Definitely recommend this hotel!!!!

The staff at the front desk were amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. They were accomodating and even made sure there was hot coffee and to go snacks available to our team when we had to depart early in the morning a few different days!

Staff was always nice and rooms were clean. Water was nice and hot in the rooms and it was pleasant there was a hot tub as well as a pool. Breakfast was always nice as well with bacon or other meat, eggs, oatmeal and pancakes with toppings and fresh fruit and yogurt as well.
Rooms: Rooms were pleasant and clean, water was hot.
Safety: Felt safe while visiting.
Walkability: Side walks and walking trail nearby but on busy streets I wouldn't enjoy walking over the to the stores nearby.
Food & drinks: Restaurant in the hotel had good smells and can order in food from many nearby places.

We work a graveyard shift so got a lot of interaction with your graveyard staff. They were very helpful and gave us a room that was quiet during the day when we slept. I had thrown out my back the day before we arrived. You staff offered to bring ice to the room and checked if there was anything I needed assistance whenever they saw hobbling down the hall.
Thank you, what had the potential of becoming a nightmare stay was actually relaxing, quiet, and enjoyable.

Noteworthy details: The staff seem to go above and beyond from what I have found at comparable hotels. It felt genuine, not forced.
