Restaurant customer service needs work at the front desk when I got my food it was cold I was not happy an way to expensive. People we are not in Hollywood.

We felt safe and welcome from the moment we walked in the door. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our stay here will make any future stays anywhere else seem poor.Noteworthy details: The staff are what made this hotel stay so enjoyable. The amenities were nice but it’s the staff that truly won our vote.

My boyfriend and I came down to the cities from St. Cloud for my birthday. At the time of making our reservation we requested a dozen of red roses and a bottle of chilled red wine. We were told they didn't make this type of accommodations. To our surprise when we arrived to our room there was a dozen long stem red roses and a bottle of chilled red wine. We had a great stay. Will definitely be returning. Thank you Cheri (The women that made our great stay possible) and Best Western staff!Nearby activities: We went to the Paranormal Cirque. It was a great experience. The rooms were clean. The people were nice and friendly. Even the breakfast crowd was magical. Everyone was smiling and happy. Then I went to international falls and had a complete opposite experience. Just saying, these guts raised the bar pretty high.Nearby activities: YesSafety: Good security.Food & drinks: I didn't try the restaurant. But there's one on sight and smelled delicious. Was active at 10pm.
