The lady ho filled my prescription helped me save money on my prescription and helped me find the over the counter cream also recommended by my doctor. Extremely helpful, thank you!

I had a very short wait at target CVS pharmacy. The clerk had a great smile, & was very efficient. She wanted to be sure I understood the prescription I had just received and if I didn’t, she was going to get the pharmacist for me. She updated all my information, and was super friendly. All in all, it was a great experience.

I changed my stars from 5 to 2. My experience was horrible today.
Two polar opposite Pharmacists. One is a wonderful human.. and the other one waited on me today & treated me like he forgot he was human. Sad day. Tomorrow will be better!

Very happy with the CVS pharmacy in at 3800 Lexington located in Target. Staff is pleasant and refills are completed quickly. Do pay attention to pharmacy hours as they are not the same as Target.

This has been my pharmacy for many years. Have the service times gone up since prior to the pandemic? Yes. Have you had to do more of the leg work to get your rx processed than prior to the pandemic? Yes. Have nearly all levels of all the services we all use changed since the pandemic? YES. This location has suffered from short staffing like everywhere else in the service industry but they're getting more new staff now. Please have some patience with Brad and the CVS staff who are trying their best. There are 5? staff (maybe more) to fill literally thousands of scripts that NEVER end. You are not the only one who exists. Have a heart.

For part several months, it takes way too long to get a prescription. If you want it, you have to show up and have them fill it while you wait... otherwise you might be waiting for who knows how many days. I guess it is time to find a new pharmacy.

I cannot believe the level of confusion that this location suffers from. I have received the wrong medication (huge, huge liability problem), been told my prescription just disappeared, waited over 25 minutes to never ever speak with someone, waited 2 weeks for a prescription that when I transferred to Walgreens had it in hours to treat my migraines that I needed desperately. I am done with them.

This place is the worst. prescription sent in on monday. Hear nothing from them all week go in friday still not ready told i could wait 20 min. Horrible service and workers! Call and tell people you can't fill something had to call the doctor to be told they sent it in monday. Orginaly thought it was on my clinic. Save yourself go some place else it is filthy dirty too!

I've been going here for years with few issues. Lately I've had issues with prescriptions being ready even though I've received texts saying they're ready. When they say it will be 15 mins., it's not. It seems like they can't keep up with the volume and need to address how short staffed they are.

Female supervisor had never heard of an exemption or underlying health condition and called Target security on me for not wearing a mask. Seems too young and inexperienced to be managing. Can we get Matt back at this location?

Definitely switching pharmacies. I’ve never had a great experience here. The staff is incredibly rude and loves making people feel d**** Customer service goes a long way. There’s room for a lot of improvement in this area.
