Amazing job on a really old and disgusting car that’s been stolen twice and Carrie’s around 3 young kids! ‘99 Isuzu Rodeo. The manager and Tyree, the guy working on it were awesome. I was a little worried with some of the reviews, but I truly think the owner has addressed any past issues. They were extremely thorough and it honestly looks better than the really fancy detailer we took our van to recently. Tyree even contacted me after I left to make sure I found my car charger in the glove compartment. Amazing service and this car has NEVER looked cleaner!

i go a silver package, they got my car cleaned . It took about 2 hours and I was very happy with what I received. I even told a couple friends to get detail here. I will say that the employees don’t talk much But they did a great job so I can’t complain about that.Services: Auto detailing

As per the photos, you can tell from the detail that it was not at all even mediocre. We had the platinum package. We returned to the car in the same day, we expected to see that I it was detailed, but it looked like it went through a soft touch car wash. No details were done. There were spots and stains on the car still. The interior looked like it was vacuumed in a hurry and polished like me washing in a dollar car wash when it is like 90 degrees hot and humid outside and I need to cool down lazily with AC. The solution or the sponge they used was not compatible to the paint. I have no idea what did they use, but this happened after I parked my car in the garage for three days. My garage is clean and has no dust. They seem to have used the wrong solution or their mico fiber material is outdated. I have no clue though in general what the hell happened. I paid over $200 and got this service. Plus, they were not friendly with customers, it seems like they were forced to work there... If you don't like the job, why do you work there anyway?!! It seems fishy. The owner was nice though, but he needs to get his business together.

Glorified regular car wash. The inside of the doors were not cleaned, Drips down the front windshield, side mirrors weren't cleaned. Waxing on outside was good. They say to clean everything out of the vehicle including console and glove compartment. neither were cleaned. I didn't initially notice all of the items just the side mirrors. As I drove out and went about my errands I noticed the rest. I went back and told/showed the person that did my vehicle and that I was disappointed. He said you used a "groupon" and it didn't cost me much. As I pointed things out He said "my bad>' Did the things that needed done and had an attitude about it. Would not go back.

Got the platinum package. Was disappointed. When I dropped off the car at 10:40 am, it would be 3 hrs. Expected that, cause that was what I was also told when I called to make the appointment. Was told they will call once car was ready, but that they'd be closing at 2:30 and to be sure to get there before closing time. Otherwise, they will leave car out front with key in a cup holder. Never got a call but got there at 2 pm since it was after 3 hrs and didn't want car to be unattended after closing. Car was still being worked on. That was fine. We waited. An hr later, car was pulled around. Other than a regular wash, car was not buffed or waxed. Asked and was told that car did get waxed. Nope. For sure it was not. Third row seat was not cleaned, despite me paying the extra amount during drop off. After pointing this out, the young man took it back in to clean the third row area. Waited some more. Long story short, when we got home, I ended up having to re-vacuum and wipe the whole interior down myself. Third row seats and carpet still dirty, tire rims were sprayed but never washed nor wiped down, inside leather sprayed but not wiped down completely. There were still white streaks/spots of the milky white stuff they used on the seats and headrests. None of the windows, inside or out (other than the outside car wash) were even touched. Giving one star for the cleaned/ steamed engine. First time here and will not be coming back.

Frustrating to work with and poor communication between themselves and the customer. Over the phone they'll offer one price to match groupon, in person, they told her another price to account for tax (not a problem, but that was never made clear ahead if time).They failed to finish cleaning the back seat and failed to communicate to remove your things from the trunk prior to cleaning or even that they would skip it during the cleaning.After a call back to settle how the missed cleaning the entire rear back rest, JC mentioned to go back in and Alex will handle it. Unfortunately it seems JC didnt communicate to Alex that they would need to re-touch up the rear seat. After leaving work and driving 30min, Alex turned my wife away and said to come back another time.Lastly, we weren't even provided a receipt for service.Frankly it sounds like JC does the quick talking sales and wants your business in and out the door as quickly as possibly. Choose them if you wish but you can probably find better service for cheaper.

Great service! We all have bad days, I got my car detailed, and wasn't fully pleased. So, I called JC the owner, and he said bring it back in and we will make sure it's amazing.! His team completely re detailed my car! It was spectacular! I highly recommend!

Disappointing. I paid for their top package for 2 cars. Car #1, decal on back seat damaged by the detailer. Also marks left on the hood done by detailerCar # 2, wax not completely rubbed in on outside of the car. Inside of back window not cleaned.When picking up the second car, I pointed out the wax. He apologized, he said in the future request to have him do our cars. He said he prefers to detail the nicer cars. He didn't do our cars. When the owner was contacted about the issues, he insisted that the person we had spoke to did our cars. We know for a fact that he didn't...very disappointing

When I walked in I was greeted immediately by an employee there and checked in with him. I told him I would be waiting for my car since I didn't have anyone to bring me back home. He was so wonderful and told me where the nearest coffee shops were. I waited there and my car was ready in the exact time he told me. Oh my gosh, my car looked totally different!!! It looked brand new, they did an amazing job. I definitely would go back there. Great job guys.Service: Auto detailing

I can't believe it's the same car. They got layers and layers of gunk out of the carpet out of the seats. They even shampoo the seatbelts that were greasy. The only thing they couldn't clean was the rust, which we discussed ahead of time. My car is so shiny and I keep admiring how shiny and clean everything is. I will be bringing my other car to them soon. Can't beat the prices either

I brought my vehicle in for detailing noting there were two spots on the car that needed special attention. When my car was finished I pointed out the spots that were still on my car. The manager told me I could use a magic eraser to get the spots off - he did not even try. He then gave me the wrong key fob. I had a spare in my purse so I didn't realize this error until I was home. I called the shop and spoke with the owner who asked me if I would return the fob to Arden Hills. I told him about the spots that remained and we agreed I would meet him at Arden Hills the next morning. He got the spots out in less that two minutes and gave me the correct fob. The owner was really in my face about the whole situation. I felt like he was being a little defensive and aggressive toward me. A few days later I noticed the windshield was smeared and that one of the car mats had white powder on it - the soap hadn't been rinsed out. I had to go back a third time to get that resolved. There is major construction along Lexington Ave so access to the business isn't easy. I won't go back and have recommended my friends and family go elsewhere.Service: Auto detailing

I had a Groupon deal for the platinum package. There's a nice waiting area with wifi which was good, customer service was very friendly and good but I personally was not too impressed with the exterior and interior detailing that was done for the platinum package. I may consider the lower tier packages in the future though. They also charge service or sales tax and removal of dog fur as extra which I thought was weird. Tip: remember to check you got everything back in your car after they are done such as the rubber in your cup holder and floor mats because they forgot to put them back for me.

I have used Midwest Detailing a few times and my car has come out fantastic each time. This last time there was some damage that was done in the detailing process, but the owner and I worked out a deal to make sure the work was done to fix the problem. He was honest and upfront with me and I appreciated working with him. Despite the snafu I will still be back.Services: Auto detailing
