Later on the day I get a call from Curtis telling me I didn’t lock it properly and there was access to my unit which he didn’t go in but it definitely wasn’t locked! Just came back to lock it properly with his helps thank you so much Curtis you’re awesome this is why I love renting here it’s safe if I’m not checking on my unit they are the whole staff are amazing when first came in February to rent David was super helpful and my husband and I don’t regret us renewing our contract thank you! Highly recommend”

I used them to move from an apartment to another apartment a few miles away, and also their storage for a few days in between since there wasn't any overlap between my leases. “So I give these guys a five stars because I happen to be going with my mom into the storage unit and my daughter was really really bad. She was screaming and crying. They were very patient with me. They were very helpful with her actually as well understanding in my situation, they were great. I think it was Anna and Shannon so you guys did a great job. Thank you”
“I would like to share an experience I had with a young lady a few days ago . She is New but seems like she understands her job very well. When I came in I was very upset about how my rent rate was arisen and I have been with the company for some time . I told her with all these new people coming in it seems allot fishy but her sweetness and understanding is what took me away as Sonny said she came in to help make things better and get things together as I told her about the stranglers and some of us feel unsafe at times . She did apologize on the behalf of rent increases and did state that due to it being within corporate aspects there’s nothing they can do besides the options provided me . I can say some employees here are good for business and some you can tell just needs a job but the way I was handled I decided to actually stay . She handled me with care and respect very acknowledging and self driven even with her being new she took things in her hands quite well.”
“They have two garage stalls to drive into to load/unload your things. They should post signs asking people to move their vehicles to an outside parking spot after they finish loading/unloading. People move their stuff from their vehicles/trailers, and leave their vehicles inside the garage while they take hour to organize their things, blocking anyone else access to the garage space.”
“The economy is ruff, but Steven has your back! They helped me move sites after loosing my job, but now I have an affordable option during the highest rates of the year. 10 mins here helped me fix something I've been stressed about for a couple months, but the easy attitude and willing to take care of every detail I needed just made my day even more. I went out of my way to see if it would be worth my time to stop in and figure this out, and for someone who never has a minute for themselves, this is exactly what I needed.”
“I purchase abandoned storage units as a side job/hobby. When I look for available auctions, I always, always look to see if the Arlington Ave. Facility in St. Paul has any available. They are one of my top choices largely because Sandy, the location manager, is absolutely fantastic. She is patient, efficient, friendly, and very accommodating. It is also crystal clear that she knows this business and facility extremely well and maintains an efficient, clean, and light hearted facility. For whatever reason, I highly recommend this storage facility, in particular I recommend Sandy!!”

“Well, I had an Emergency. Someone ran into the door, of my usual storage facility. I rented a truck from U-Haul, already. I had to come-in, at 7am, to get a Free First Month Unit. Thank You, as I had already purchased a unit two days previous. I got a Refund, from the other place, but I am far happier, at this Location.
Very clean, and they have bathrooms! This Storage Facility, really solved a big problem.”
“It is located on the side opposite the storage facility—one of several companies in a row, specifically the one on the left. The parking area is awkward for maneuvering and turning around due to the number of trucks present. They unloaded the cargo quickly, but spent a considerable amount of time verifying whether or not the shipment actually belonged to them based on the delivery address.”
