Staffs are changed and they are very very rude now. I have a black mould problem in my bathroom. Raised a complaint , maintenance person gave a solution to rub with water and vinegar. So we tried and it didn't worked out. After that I let them know and got a huge fine to fix it. I'm staying in this apartment for four years and never saw a rude way of speaking to us till now. This year will be my last year of lease with them, I never thought once a good management before will recruit a rude person like this . Soon many complaints will follow from others.

It is great that the maintenance guys showed up quickly to resolve my frozen pipe. However, it seems that when there is a issue with the broiler, no hot water, and it gets resolved my heat hits 77-80 degrees! These thermostats suck.

I was with my daughter during her 1st apartment search and immediately she knew this was the place for her. Indie is such a great asset to their business. She was very helpful, very thorough and went above and beyond. She also has a great follow through all the way to the move in date. They also gave my daughter such a sweet welcome gift! I just want to thank Indie for such a great 1st apartment experience!

The staff is friendly. Indy is such a nice person. The staff at Shoreveiw Grand ate helpful. The answers all my questions I have. Very fast at responding to applicants. I recommend Shoreveiw Grand Apartments to friend's and family.

It’s been an experience getting a showing here by Indi. She goes above and beyond for you and answers your questions without hesitation.The apartment has been good so far. Very quiet neighborhood and everyone keeps to themselves. If anything changes, I will update!

I've been living here for two years and I love it! Great place for a first time apartment, good location, affordable rent, and if you have a dog it has the perfect dog park. Management is friendly and maintenance staff is always there to help if there is a utility or general maintain issue. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Shoreview Grand's Deceitful ConductOn November 11, management announced a non-emergency bathroom remodeling project, calling it "exciting news" that will allow tenants to stay in a "guest suite."In truth, it is anything but what they claim. To accommodate their vanity project, S.G. seeks to bully its tenants out of their apartments and/or bathrooms for a week.- They never mention that tenants have a legal right to refuse to participate.- They offer no compensation for the tremendous inconvenience to tenants. Indeed, they never even acknowledge there WILL be an inconvenience.- They fail to mention the loud and months-long construction noise that will ensue, causing major disruptions inside the building, especially for tenants who (try to) work at home.Seeking to confront this problem directly with its creator, I have sent multiple emails to the S.G. property manager, to Steven-Scott Management's regional portfolio manager, its vice president, and to its president and chief executive officer, Mark Jensen.Silence. Silence. Silence. Silence.
