“I cannot say enough good things about Caliber Collision. I had to head to Europe and was stressed trying to sort out insurance, but they made it completely hassle-free. They let me leave my car at their facility for free before I left, coordinated directly with the insurance adjuster, and even got the work done ahead of schedule. On top of that, they buffed out a scratch that wasn’t even part of the insurance claim at no extra charge. Alexis at the front desk and JP, my service advisor, both did a phenomenal job coordinating and communicating with me while I was away. True professionals!”

“This place is fantastic!! I usually never leave reviews anywhere, but this I had to. My mother accidentally put diesel into her car and we thought we were screwed. Called around at big name businesses and the quotes were around 3000!! Miraculously, Signal Garage popped up and just thought why the heck not. Called these guys, the sweetest people, and they told me just 620 including labor!! Highly recommend anyone in the area to come here, I know I will recommend my family members to come here in the future!”

“I have been having my car serviced here for last few years and I would highly recommend going here to Universal Auto LLC. Alex is highly skilled mechanic has a ton of knowledge and is very dependable. Has great prices as well.
Alex has done my oil changes, brakes, replace other parts and new fuel line ran for ome that was leaking. Nobody else wanted to repair leaking fuel line Alwx stepped up did a fabulous job no more leaks. Thanks Alex for taking such great care of my car putting me at ease knowing he is always there to help !

“Great work and easy to schedule with! I was out of town but was able to drop off my vehicle early, and they completed the work right on time. An unrelated issue popped up afterward, and Drew looked at it right away. He helped me verify it wasn't connected to the original repair, and thanks to his diagnostics, I was able to fix the issue myself. It is so nice to go to a shop that genuinely wants to help you rather than money-gouge you. Highly recommend!”

this will be a very over-the-top review but I could have been in the hole a lot. I put a lowering kit on for the stiffer springs it supplied because I haul a lot of weight on the highway. And i needed to get from Ohio to MN and then down to florida, I failed to get an alignment because hometowns store was on vacation. Anyway, i thought noise coming from the poor alignment and Immediately when I got to MN when to Discount Tire but they couldn't do it and recommend these fellas.
Anyway got an alignment, noise still occurred after and troubleshoot and come to find out it was a bad wheel hub. I change the wheel hub and of course you have to remove the lower A arm to do so thus messing up my alignment. After just paying for an alignment I thought I was screwed and I kindly asked them Since i just had an alignment and didn't realize the issue until after it was done they were happy to help get my alignment checked before I hit the road to FL for college.
I wouldn't take my car anywhere else except here and I typically don't like shops because I work on my stuff myself but these guys are awesome.
If i could give 6 stars I would.”

“We were traveling from out of town when we suddenly had an engine warning pop up along with our all-wheel drive turning off. We were SO stressed being 4 hours from home and having no idea what was going on with our car. I called several places around Minneapolis and everyone was telling us it would be days before they could even get us in.
This shop was recommended to us, so I called and explained what was going on and they told us to come on in! We drove over and they got us in right away and had us taken care of so quickly. Everyone was SO kind, friendly, and accommodating and genuinely just wanted to help us figure out what was going on and get us back on the road.
I seriously cannot recommend them enough!! It feels so rare anymore to find somewhere that genuinely wants to help you, especially when we were from out of town and obviously in a stressful situation.
