super customer service any time I have needed something and great non-glare drops. Yay ! Viinyl is back finally . Also great selection of holiday and other themed drops . My one wish : I would love to see a 6x9 foot drop where the floor , possibly a wood floor , disappears into the wall

They are shady. They offer reward points but and continue To update them as you order but don’t honour there promise and state they have changed their policy - without notice and the rewards still show on my account.

I just want to say that lemondrop is amazing! Earlier this year I had a issue not receiving and order and when I let them know they had another order out to me the next day. Unfortunately I have had a issue with another backdrop company with a order not getting to me and it has been over a month and they have still not resolved the issue. This makes me appreciate lemondrop even more. Not only do they have AMAZING drops but they also have AMAZING customer service.

Used to recommend your product to all of my photographer friends until I found out you discontinued your vinyl backdrops (and with no warning!) Your vinyl drops were amazing - and when you photograph young children, poly just isn't a viable option for a floor drop. I'm taking my business elsewhere although I'm saddened to have to do so
