Little to no communication unless You reach out! If you have money to throw away then this is the place for you.... Just for a diagnostics they are charging me $360. No work done. No repairs, nothing. Just a diagnostic. the diagnostics and" tests" they charge for every little thing. Not to mention they did not call me to let me know my truck was done getting a diagnostic I ended up having to call them. I also was not made aware of how much it was going to cost when I called and scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic , otherwise I would never have gone there and they did not tell me how much it was going to cost after. They are refusing to relinquish my vehicle to me till I am able to pay the $360 diagnostic. My best advice for you is run, do not walk, run away from this Ford dealership and auto shop! They don't care about their customers. They don't care about inflation. All they care about is themselves and getting money.... Never again. Will I ever go to this place And I will tell all of my friends and family not to go here either. If by any chance the owners read this review you need to make some major changes.... Lower your extremely high prices, call when you are suppose to, communicate your prices and keep your clients informed and have your employees go through some extensive customer service training. I am absolutely disgusted with the charges and communication!
Can you believe it $360 just for a diagnostics! No one can afford these ridiculous prices during these hard times.
Overcharging, rude, And downright terrible with customer service.

My engine light was on and the problem was an O2 Sensor. Spaeth Ford had the part on hand and installed right away. This was very important because I had a medical appointment in Burnsville two days after the sensor was replaced. I could have ended up stalled on the roadside.

Excellent shop and staff! My vehicle broke down while my husband and I were hunting. AAA was not able to help us. I called Chuck Spaeth Ford in Sleepy Eye and talked to Briar (many times). He put me in touch with someone who towed us to this shop. Everyone was so nice and helpful. My vehicle was there for almost two weeks due to a part that had to be ordered. Briar helped with the towing and rental car reimbursement. I really appreciated the extra effort he and others put in to help us. Thank you again!

Zac was great at just letting us explore the different truck options. We appreciated that no one had to come with us for our test drives. When we returned Zac had another set of keys for us to try. It was comfortable, easy, and felt right. So far the truck is great! Looking forward to driving it more and also purchasing more vehicles from Zac in the future!

Alex was great to work with during the purchase of my 2023 bronco sport. He was very responsive and kept me well updated while we waited for the car to arrive. Most of the paperwork was completed by the time we arrived so the purchase was quick and seamless!
