If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Knew exactly what we had to move and then underestimated it by $1000!!! As others said, won't do a thing and didn't give a crap about it. DO NOT USE THEM

You guys broke and damaged so many of@my belongings. You didn't even mention in the initial consultation anything regarding insurance. You're a terrible company to hire. I think every future customer should be extremely wary about hiring this company. I spoke with Justin about the damages and all he said was, I'll make sure to state the insurance information to other customers. They only gave me $50 when the damages were over $2000. A terrible company.

I moved on 3/18/23 from the minute they pulled in, and I was amazed by them arriving early. They deviced a plan and had everything moved in an hour. I am so glad that I selected Aaa Movers when I was deciding who to go with. Thanks again, triple aaa movers. You guys rock.

I have used AAA movers several times now when moving apartments. Their staff is always friendly and professional, and very speedy with the moving process. They take their time to understand your needs and take extra precautions for fragile items. 10/10 will use this company when I move again in the future.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS MOVING COMPANY. USE ANY OTHER MOVING COMPANY YOU CAN FIND BUT AAA. It's a stressful enough day as it is, and they made the experience 10x more stressful. I set up a relatively easy move for a Saturday morning arrival time window of 8am-10am. I had a relatively simple move from a 1-bedroom apartment into a new house in the suburbs. I set up the early morning move in the hopes that I would be the first person on my moving crew's schedule, and they'd be there well within my window. After waiting for over 2 hours, I figured at about 10:15 I'd give their office a call to see what was going on. The message I get from their automated machine is that their office is closed. So, I'm sitting in the lobby of my apartment building with no way to get a hold of my moving crew, have no idea what is going on, and no one from their company contacting me. They have both my cell phone and email. I called several times after that hoping I could finally get ahold of someone, but still got the message that their office is closed, so I kept listening to the message and at the end of the recording right before you can leave a voice message, they mention you can hit 2 to get ahold of dispatch. I do so and after talking with dispatch I find out that my moving van has been at a gas station in Brooklyn Park for quite some time and the driver is not answering his cell phone. The time is around 10:45 or so. He states he will call me back when he figures out what is going on, but never calls back. I wait around for another half-hour to an hour and call back again. He tells me my moving truck has broken down and I can either cancel my move for that day or reschedule. Note that this is me as the customer initiating all the communication with the company I hired. NO ONE ON THEIR END IS KEEPING ME INFORMED OF ANYTHING THAT IS GOING ON. Since I was expecting a quick 2-hour early morning move, I had scheduled 3 appointments that afternoon to look at furniture that I had to cancel and eventually lost out on purchasing. Finally, I'm told that they can send a different crew to my place, and they'll be there around 1:00. At around 1:15, after of course receiving zero communication from them, I call dispatch and get the answering machine a couple of times. Finally, I get a call back and say they'll be there around 1:45. At around 1:50 I receive a call from the driver saying they were grabbing a bite to eat at the Holiday next to my place and they would be right over. They finally arrive at my place at 2:30 pm (6.5 hours after the initial arrival time window). The move itself goes well for the most part. I appreciated the crew that was willing to take my move on that wasn't on their schedule that day. They did put a nick in my wall from moving my dresser up the stairs and stated I should contact ownership to schedule someone to come and fix the damage. I do realize that things like vehicles break down, but that is not my fault as a customer. A well-managed company has other means to deliver what they promise when things like these happen (a spare moving van, the ability to rent a U-Haul on short notice, not overbooking their moving crews, etc.). The biggest issue I had with them was the extremely poor communication provided to me by their employees. I contact the manager the following week and what do they offer for the time, hassle, anxiety, stress, and lost furniture from my cancelled furniture appointments that Saturday afternoon? $43. Like $43 even comes close to the bs I dealt with that day. To top it off after I was told by the mover, they would send someone out to fix the damage to my wall, what do they offer me? $50. Are you kidding me? It's going to cost me a lot more than $50 to have a contractor come out to my place to fix a dent in my brand-new drywall. THIS COMPANY HAS ZERO RESPECT FOR YOUR TIME OR YOUR VALUE AS ONE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND TERRIBLE OWNERSHIP. DO NOT HIRE THEM AS YOUR MOVER!!!

Let's see, where do I start? Nothing went right with my simple one-bedroom move, that should have been quick and easy. It would be quicker to list the things that went right, but here I go: 1. Movers arrived late. I was quoted 3-4 pm. On day of the move, I was quoted 5-6 pm. Movers arrived at 4:15, after I told them I was being charged by the hour to stay. 2. No tv box, no protective wrap, no bed bag - these were all items I had pre-paid for. They basically showed up with two guys and a truck. 3. The movers broke my tv! My new, LG 55" 4. iPad did not work, so I didn't get any copies of what I was paying for and could not file a claim but was responsible for the ENTIRE move. Exact quote from mover when I attested to that: "If they tell me to collect, I have to collect (payment)." 5. I paid for 2 man crew for a minimum of 2 hours, one man left after 1.5 hours. Simply gave up and sat in the truck. 6. Took them 2.5 weeks to resolve my claim 7. When the reimbursement check arrived by mail, it came written out to the INCORRECT name 8. Instead of simply canceling the check, they told me they had to collect the check back, before they could issue me a new one! Ridiculous. 9. After SEVERAL emails back and forth with their customer service reps Mariah Enger and Khamil, I gave up arguing with them and was forced to drive to their facility (40 minute drive, each way for me) to return the old check and collect the new check. (I could have mailed it but considering how terrible the experience had been thus far, I didn't want to risk anything further). Terrible experience. Will never hire AAA Movers again. For a company that advertises as putting customers first, this was NOT my experience at all. Please save yourself the trouble and headache and go with a different moving company!

They didn't break any of my stuff and the people were pretty nice. The move out of my old place was quick and efficient, as they used all 3 people. The move into my new place was not that at all. It took 3x as long because they only had 1 person actually moving stuff in, the other 2 were in the truck the whole time. It ended up taking ALL day and cost almost $1000 to move a 1 bedroom apt!

My experience with AAA was not perfect but it was worth it in the end. I booked online 2 months in advanced. I'm particular and demanding so I need to prepare for hell day. They got my address wrong but I kept bugging the guy until he changed it. I like to see things in writing. Keeps everyone honest. The week before the move i contacted them online again via email. I got rid of my mattress and didn't need a mattress pad. They said they would remove it from the final bill. The day before the move, I called them to confirm my move date, time and location. They told me noon Saturday. I woke up early and told my husband to go to the new place to wait for new furniture delivery. Unfortunately they scheduled for the same time as the movers. Can you imagine my freak out? At 12:00 no one arrived at the old place for the move. I called the main dispatch number from google. The guy told me he would call back once he reached the team who was to move me. At 1:30 he calls and says they have delayed. He told the team leader to call me when they had a time. He apologized for the lack of communication. He said if the team lead didn't call by 2pm to call him back. At 2pm, the phone still didn't ring so I called back in again. He apologized again and said he would call the team lead. By this time, I was hangry and irritated but I understand moving rarely goes according to plan. Finally at 3pm the team lead calls. He is audibly tired and flustered. Their current client was I'll prepared and they ended up taking extra time to adapt to get the job done. I told him that was fine but they needed to communicate better. I told him to just call me when he was on his way to my place. By this time my husband and I were reunited at the old house and hangry. We went to grab lunch. 5 minutes into lunch, I get a call that they are on the way.. ETA 15 minutes. We cram food down our gullet and get back home just in time to get another call. The team wasn't sure where to park. I told them I'd meet them upfront and I did. I instructed them to take the elevator up to the 3rd floor and turn right. Our apt door was open. The two 20 yr old were my team of movers. They looked exhausted by the time they arrived to my house. I could never imagine doing this for a living. They haul out gigantic rolling carts, dollys and padding. They take it all upstairs in several trips. We had very large heavy furniture, a tiny elevator and narrow doors. The boys disassembled and moved all the most complicated items in my house. I did go around gathering screws and assembly items as they disassembled it. I made sure to have my tool box as well as a ziploc bag for every piece of furniture. I tried to help but they did a better job. Girl fail lol I told them specific directions on where to park at the new place. It was the first floor, thank god. They got there and followed my directions perfectly. When we arrived they put down protective runners to protect my carpets. Yasss I was so happy! My husband and the 2 boys now started to all work together and got everything unloaded and reassembled within an hour! I directed the boys as they brought items in and reminded them about the color codes for each room. They followed that color code like it was the law! Eventually they memorized the colors and rooms. Way to go boys! One boy ended up assembling while the other continued to bring in boxes. My husband moved the boxes away from the main paths and stacked them. Way to go team! The quote was $625.00 The final rate was $675.00 Not bad. We went overtime but not by much. If my husband and I didn't work with the boys, it could have easily been another hour. We moved from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom. We were in Roseville, MN and went to Woodbury,MN. First apt was on 3rd floor and we needed an elevator. Elevators and upper floors just take more time. That's a fact. My second apt was on the first floor with a parking lot as my backyard, which meant they could back up the truck up to my patio door and we we

If you want the best, you pay for the best. Beau puts his reputation on the line and provides a service beyond desired to make sure the customer is satisfied. AAA has the best employees available in the moving business to make sure your move goes smoothly. Beau cut my move down by at least 3 hours by helping me insure all my property was shipped, which came from Hawaii and was stored for over 8 months. Thanks for the support of the military veteran community. Its nice to know that the veterans can come home and know their appreciated.

I can't speak highly enough of the 3 guys that assisted with my move. Their names were Eric, Jesse, and Grant. It was icy outside and they had to walk up three flights of stairs to carry things. They had a professional and positive attitude and I actually enjoyed the process which is rarely the case when moving. They were respectful of my property and the apartment building.

Our office was in a time crunch, and AAA Movers accommodated us easily - plus the set-up with Rob was fast, friendly and professional. Jaime, Malcom and Mike arrived on time (actually a few minutes early) and ended up moving probably twice what we'd originally anticipated, but still kept the expected time needed. The final bill was very fair, and the value our company received from AAA Movers was tremendous. Highly recommended! Thanks guys!

Incredible experience with moving out and moving into our new home. Professional, courteous and professional. No hidden fees and they are up front about every cost. They handled our belongings with care and would recommend to anyone looking for a mover.

This is exactly what I told them I would post when they asked me how they did. They did a review and concluded that I wasn't entitled to anything. Not very impressed. Here is how your review would go if I posted anything. Cal to get price to move safe. $350. Pay $50. Given window 9am-1pm. Stay home from work. Call at 2:30pm to see if they are still coming. Should be there soon. Call you back. Would be home by now if I went to work. No one calls. Call again at 4pm. On their way. Arrive at 4:45. Move safe. Pay $300. After talking to one of the drivers I find out that the first job of they day they got hung up. I don't care about that, but it tells me that they knew they would be behind schedule all day. Let that sink in for a while if you want to hire them for a move that is more than a gun safe, and anything comes up on their end. Which is too bad since a co-worker raved about them and then I get to waste a day waiting for them to show up. Here's an update. I just got an email from junk busters out in Pennsylvania and I really wondered how they got my contact info. I called them and they told me that they share info with moving companies, namely AAA moving. So go ahead and let that sink in for a while. Poor job moving, and then they sell your email.
