I was having issues with my phone. The employee there was zero help and told me the only solution was to factory reset my phone. I lost all of my photos, apps, files, etc. He told me to come back the following day because his manager could help. I showed up and there was no manager. Now my phone doesnt work and memory is completely wiped! I'm changing carriers...

The other day purchased some headphones they were $90 bout them because I lost my old ones and then a couple of days later found them and tried to return the ones that I purchased for $90 and unfortunately thay have no return policy and I'm stuck with these headphones I don't want or need

Whomever was in the newly opened store wanted me to buy a new phone rather than take my monthly payment..smh never go back again ours in Hastings, MN closed so It was the nearest.Next time, I'm going to West St. Paul, MN T-Mobile.

Top notch customer services!!! I explained to them what I needed and they took care of it no problem ? They are very hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied before we left! I definitely ? recommend.

I recently gave a review of this store, the guys are Rude and stupid. With all due respect Mr.Allen the these creeps to keep their ageist remarks to themselves. Maybe you should have them give a discount to 'Grandmas' since they like to call older women Grandmas!!!!!

I was in this store today and I was not impressed. The gentleman whom helped me stated he give me a free case and a screen protector for my phone . He didn't even offer my receipt,I had to ask for it. I looked at my receipt and it stated a total and not a itemized list of my purchase. I called a different store to see the price of the phone ,and sure he charged me for the screen protector and case! Never will I come back ! Be honest with your customers!

I went here yesterday with a friend. One of the guys that work there and a rude to and said I looked old enough to be my friend's mother. That j*** needs to keep his personal comments to himself. I Will Never Go To That Store EVER AGAIN!!!
